Vernon, is the only one that I allow to work on my vehicle. He keeps my car in ? tip top shape.? If Mark, Vernon and Ron were not at Anterpen, I would not come anymore. Mark always gives me the best advice for my vehicle?s service.. In my opinion, they are the best in the industry.

This dealership is very good, especially the owner

This dealership is very good, especially the owner Ronald. The service was great they treated me with respect and kindness. I will be referring others to the same dealership. I was very pleased with the work and effort he put into getting what I need done.

Best customer service!

George was fantastic throughout the process! Called me in a timely matter and kept me updated though th enrepair process. Definitely making the commute here for the rest of my car work!

I used their collision shop sadly twice.

I used their collision shop sadly twice. The first time they were very lazy with getting the part to complete of my vehicle. And yes sadly I had to bring my car BACK because my paint started bubbling. A week in and the manager says that he had the painter paint my car again . This also took 3 weeks to complete. My car makes noises from the door they worked on and I have a 2023 so I know I shouldn’t have any sounds or paint damage. Im tired of the back and forth .

Great Experience

I had the best experience with Markus and the manager he was working with. They were very understanding of my needs and did not try to play games while making the sale. They were very respectful through the whole process. I am happy for Markus getting my business.

Good service by Richard A Berger!

I am giving a shout-out to Richard Berger (of the Service Department) for his friendly and professional customer service. Thanks, Richard! Though it took 2 hours plus to get my oil change done, Richard was so caring and tried his best to make me happy. Also, I enjoyed my time with his dog (Bobble) - A very friendly and customer-loving Bob.

Tried to scam

Went there today to see a Jeep. Advertised on Car Guru for one price but when I went there the car was 2 thousand dollars more than advertised. The salesman said that was the discounted price and you had to be military and something else. Never said that on the website. So this was a bait and switch. So when Jack says yes it is yes to scaming you. So new slogan Jack says scam.No other dealer on Car Guru did this to me.

Toyota Camry

After just a month of driving the car purchased from this dealership, I found out I was given as defective vehicle as I had to replace all the breaks and rotors. When I went back to the dealership to get it fixed, I was told that I would get charged for the service. I think that this is absolutely ridiculous since I literally just bought the vehicle.
