A very pleasant experience from the time I drove into the service entrance. It was my first time to have my car serviced there and they explained everything and showed me the options for where to wait until they finished. My only disappointment was they didn't use synthetic oil, which I thought was standard with them. It wasn't their mistake. It was mine. I will be sure to ask for it the next time it is seviced.

Though it took 2 hours plus to get my oil change done, Richard was so caring and tried his best to make me happy. Went there today to see a Jeep. Advertised on Car Guru for one price but when I went there the car was 2 thousand dollars more than advertised. The salesman said that was the discounted price and you had to be military and something else. Never said that on the website. So this was a bait and switch. So when Jack says yes it is yes to scaming you. So new slogan Jack says scam.No other dealer on Car Guru did this to me.
