Our new car broke down and we called roadside assistance. They are trying to tell us that the reason the car broke down is because it was jump started wrong. The only person who tried to jump the car was roadside assistance, and it was already broken down at that point... Total jerks Tried to say that it wasn't covered, but they hooked us up..... Still have no idea why it broke down to begin with.

Great sales team
I previously leased a subaru from Neil Bryant back in 2018 and it was a great experience no pressure or anything he was very helpful. Then most recently I bought a used car for my daughter and he went above and beyond in selling us and getting a great deal for us also. I would buy and car from him again in a heartbeat. He is more like a part of the family than a salesman. I enjoy talking with him on a regular basis when he calls to check up on how thing are going with the Subaru or I am in at the dealership getting an oil change or something and he makes a point to seek me out to see if there is anything I require.

scheduled oil change for my Subaru outback on Mond
Very busy service department. Made an online appointment, but still had a 30 minute wait time before I could see a service person to get my car in the queue for my scheduled oil change. Jeff, the service agent, was very nice to do his best to get my work quickly done once I got to his desk.

Worst new car experience of our lives. Salesman will call James was inept, did NOT know his product line, sold us item NOT available for the car, and then expected US to rectify the problem, salesman DID NOT follow sales protocol and did not follow up the sale or help with TECH questions. He was a TOTAL waste. OUR complaints went unheeded by three of the salesman bosses, all three circled the wagons and simply LIED to us about our concerns. This is NOT a transparent dealership as they like to CLAIM. Last auto I will buy from a Larry Miller dealership. Go elsewhere for your Subaru.

Honest and Cooperative
Had a really great experience with Larry Miller Subaru. They were not pushy and were there for me when I was ready to negotiate. They were very straight forward and didn’t try to trick me into anything. It was a very good experience!

3rd oil change on new car
I was first told that my 3rd complimentary oil change on new car had expired. Of course I asked how is that possible when I brought my car in every 6 months as they suggested. The gentleman helping me took great interest in my disappointment and rectified the expired oil change as he should of. He treated me with respect and I appreciate that

Always great service
From buying my Outback to getting the oil changed (love the 3-pack option) to having it washed, I always have a good experience with friendly people. They don't even bat an eye on how dirty I get it.
