    Worst new car experience of our lives. Salesman will call James was inept, did NOT know his product line, sold us item NOT available for the car, and... then expected US to rectify the problem, salesman DID NOT follow sales protocol and did not follow up the sale or help with TECH questions. He was a TOTAL waste. OUR complaints went unheeded by three of the salesman bosses, all three circled the wagons and simply LIED to us about our concerns. This is NOT a transparent dealership as they like to CLAIM. Last auto I will buy from a Larry Miller dealership. Go elsewhere for your Subaru.

    I went to buy a new car and ended up with a 2014 Forester XT and am extremely happy with what I got. The salesman that helped me, Kyle Jones, was very... attentive to what I wanted in a vehicle and the price range that I was looking at. He found the perfect vehicle for me and lowered my payments by almost $50 which was fantastic. Kyle Jones was extremely courteous and efficient in handling all my paperwork and getting everything squared away before I left the lot. He even helped me pair my phone to the car! I love Subaru cars as they are extremely dependable and drive forever. Kyle made sure that my new (used) car was 100% before I signed the bottom line. The process was easy and there was no stress at all working with Kyle Jones. If you are looking for a new or new used car go to Larry H. Miller Subaru in Boise Idaho and ask for Kyle Jones. He will make it happen for you!!!!

    I was first told that my 3rd complimentary oil change on new car had expired. Of course I asked how is that possible when I brought my car in every 6 months... as they suggested. The gentleman helping me took great interest in my disappointment and rectified the expired oil change as he should of. He treated me with respect and I appreciate that

    We have bought many different cars through the years and we can truthfully say our experience with Larry Miller Subaru and our salesman Jake was by far... the very best. This young man was so knowledgeable with everything that had to do with Subaru’s!! He is polite, courteous, friendly and answered all of our questions in a helpful, honest way.
