Awful. They had my car for days and did not identify the problem. Almost 1,000 for different assessments and left without any answers. When I dropped my car off, one light was on in the dashboard. When I left 4 were on in the dashboard, my car was in worse condition when I left. My expectation was excellence as this is the dealership. I felt they were more interested in making money than fixing my car. They were interested in purchasing my car for a nominal amount. Do not bring your car to this dealership.

I got a test drive appointment almost immediately with less than two hours notice to the dealership. Joanne was surprisingly tenacious in making sure that my (rather peculiar and particular) needs were met. Very refreshing. Very professional. When I returned to the service department less than a week later with a minor concern, I was treated kindly and shockingly efficiently. In and out <30 minutes. I will, however, continue to gripe about the lack of margaritas.
