Transparent communication and active listening are critical behaviors that are key to an outstanding car-buying experience. Nick listened intently to my list of hard and soft requirements and tailored the experience to those: he highlighted the features the different models had that met my requirements (and he led in with those). I’ve had multiple negative experiences with the salesperson honing in on feature that didn’t matter to me (I’m driving a minivan—I assure you I do not care about rim size and style). Not Nick. He didn’t attempt to highlight features that didn’t matter to me, tho he did mention key ones he felt might be of interest—and he constantly checked in with me to see if those mattered to me. Phenomenal experience. I will buy from him again and recommend him.
