I recently brought my car in for a recall service as well

I recently brought my car in for a recall service as well as a trip check and oil change. Gregg in the service department really went out of his way to make sure all my questions were addressed to my satisfaction. He was respectful and took time to answer my questions in detail, and accommodated same-day additional service for some maintenance items I had let slide. I did not feel pressured into additional service, and was given pictures and written documentation of maintenance concerns that were observed by the service technician. I am happy with my experience at AutoNation Honda, and feel I received good value, quality work, and respectful and responsive customer service.

Great experience team.

Great experience team. Great service from all of their staff. They made it easy to purchase a new car. The next day when we picked up our car again the staff made it easy with their professionalism.

Well, this was my first time and I was hoping that the

Well, this was my first time and I was hoping that the service department would be, at least, competent...but it was a total embarrassment. I was getting an assessment before a road trip and getting an oil change. Upon check out with my serviceman, another serviceman came up and said that the tech had switched my car's paperwork with someone else and hadn't even done the oil change. Somehow the 'assessment' was correct, but the pricing was wrong and the video of what was wrong was sent to this other customer too. (and not me) It's hard enough to trust when dealers tell you you need expensive fixes on your car, but this was beyond every level of incompetence. I wouldn't trust this shop to fix your vehicle after this experience.

After several less than good experiences, I switched to

After several less than good experiences, I switched to another dealership for service. Their performance was worse, so I came back to AutoNation. This recent experience was very good. Fabian was an excellent service rep!

It was a lot friendlier helpful prompt and respectful than my last purchase at Chapman's I will never go back there again the whole staff is rude I kept getting pushed to the lobby until they helped another customer

This dealership made the car buying process incredibly

This dealership made the car buying process incredibly easy. Sergio Cervantes went above and beyond to accommodate bringing the Passport from Gilbert to Tucson. Jose Arizona was amazing walking me through the paperwork and explaining all the details. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a vehicle in Tucson.

I get all of my work done at this Honda dealership. The work is done efficiently and correctly. I wait for the car and I am kept informed of the progress during the repair process. The waiting area is comfortable and pleasant.
