Sales person was more interested in dealership than in the needs of the customer. Later discovered minor scratch and scuff on the E400 showcar that I bought with 6800 miles were not disclosed. Sales price could have been better adjusted to customer. Trade in value was low. Rebate of showcar with 6800 miles could have better especially with AMA incentives of 2500 $ approved.

He doesn't try to sell the car with ton of blah blah . Mercedes Benz cars no need blah blah , brand sells itself . Most sales ppl talk so much they make me feel obligated or something . With Butch Fonacier no pressure at all . If you like it go ahead and buy it . But if you like talking or have questions of course he will explain everything very professional way .
