I bought my first car here and my salesman was very honest with me and helped me find the right price that I could afford. I wanted to look at a more expensive car and then he suggested my 2014 Kia Optima and I’m in love with it!

Great experience!

I needed to purchase a car during the lockdown of most other businesses. It was a strange situation where I didn?t want to spend a lot of time going in and out of a multitude of cars. Mark Aurillio knew what I wanted and steered me to just those cars. My decision was quick based on his knowledge and expertise.

My wife and I have purchased multiple vehicles over the years and I must say this was our smoothest experience. No haggling. Chris was an excellent and caring salesman. We did.paperwork for.one vehicle and it sold as we were doing the paperwork, so.that was a little disappointing, but Chris helped.us find our vehicle and even helped us to.get it upgraded with a moon roof installation. Our son is in the market to buy a car, we are going back to Chris!

Selling Honda CR-V

We didn't have our title transferred and Dennis (think I have the right name) went above and beyond to help us take care of the paperwork. He was very friendly and kept apologizing for the wait even though it was our own fault. Overall a good experience. Thank you.

Horrible

Yes I have had on going issues with my truck ever since I drove it off the lot to date the issues still are present. I have had a check engine light that has come on several times yet they say the problem has been resolved it has not you check engine light came on a gain just last weekend after being serviced the issue will never be resolved until someone takes the responsibility and initiative to work with GM To resolve the issues. Putting a band-aid over the actual problem is not solving anything. Spending $50,000 dollars for a truck that is brand new and has to be in service every 6 to 8 weeks is a Regret. I will never do business again in purchasing another vehicle from auto nation or Chevy.

AutoNation Chevrolet

Eric T. and his Manager Jordan were very friendly and helpful. Everything for the purchase went smooth. There were some hiccups with getting some items taken care of after the purchase, but Eric pulled through and made sure I was completely satisfied. I will highly recommend this dealership to anyone I know.

This place and its employees are ripping off their...

This place and its employees are ripping off their customers. Had to take my 18 Silverado in for a recall and needed an oil change as well. I also asked to have my tiers rotated. Because of the xxxx poor service I have received at Sands Chevrolet I refuse to pay for service until I have inspected their work and check to make sure they did not steel anything out of my truck. They did not check any of my fluids they did not do a full inspection and they did not rotate my tires. How every they did rummage through my center console. I took photos of its contents before giving my truck to them because employees at Sands stole stuff out of my truck. Never again will I take my vehicles to any dealership for service and I will be filing a formal complaint with GM after all we are all customers of GM not these sleazy dealerships.

Very shady and rude

First of all, they totally upcharged us for the car when I bought it years ago...dont buy cars here!! I initially brought my car in for repair but when I got my car back it was running worse than I brought it in! I brought it back for them to turn around and tell me my whole engine needed to be replaced, suddenly. All my repairs aren't even worth the value of my car! I had a lovely talk with Jay the general manager who talked down to me and shamed me because I thought this was unreasonable. He also made sure to blame me for everything wrong with my vehicle. Stay away.

Service advisor James Gunter my advisor got me taken care of in a timely fashion and never had a problem with him or this dealership. He did a awesome job and hats off to the tech that worked on the Camaro ss!!! All is fine and fixed. Thanks great job 👍
