Bullying tactics
Thought we would give this another try an buy a truck. Well let’s start off with our sales guy who had a xxxx poor attitude. If that was not enough we found a price for the truck cheaper online then what they were advertising plus I received an email for a cheaper price. The sales guy said no they would not honor that price because we have to have a GM lease which the email never said that. Then he tried to intimidate us which did not work. He had to go and get others involved needless to say we left without buying a truck. Their bullying tactics will not be tolerated

Good turned bad
I purchased a new Malibu from this dealership a year ago and had a good experience, so I returned to buy a Bolt. We were unable to come to terms. Two days later, I sent a message through their website "contact us" form, asking for the final numbers, as I wanted to explore my own financing. Two managers emailed me over the weekend to ask if my questions had been answered. I replied to both and said nobody had responded and I ended up going to the Nissan dealership and purchased a Leaf. I received an extremely snarky and unprofessional response from Mgr. Jay Schmitdke. I am disappointed in the low level response I received from individuals charged with providing good customer service and common courtesy.

Great experience
Mario Gomez was excellent to work with. Mario was very patient with us and giving us the time we needed to make our final decision on our purchase. Mario was very professional, friendly, understanding and very knowledgeable and took the extra care to make sure my husband and I were completely comfortable and satisfied with our new vehicle. By far one of the best car buying experiences we have had.

Terrible
The used car staff were all about my needs before the sale, but once the sale was complete, I couldn't get an appointment with service (through the Internet Manager, as promised + replace the gasoline used to return to the dealership) to repair problems with the car. The salesman, Brent Irwin, nor the Internet Manager, Mario Gomez, would make the appointment nor would they contact me. Nearly two weeks later and my car has not be repaired as promised before the sale. I'll head back to Arrowhead AutoNation and speak to someone (a GM) about this poor customer service situation.
