Had an unexpected battery failure, Vince replaced the

Had an unexpected battery failure, Vince replaced the battery under warranty with a free car wash that got bird poop off , Service Director walked thru waiting area and might of checked to see if my little matter could get in between longer projects, I also noticed the men's bathroom actually smelled nice! & had floor mats in high traffic areas!! Instead of the usual "crusty" men's bathroom. Had good experience in the past with repairing unusual transmission clunking when shifting that required ordering a not -so- common transmission and installation.

I purchased a used truck in January 2023.

I purchased a used truck in January 2023. I was sold a "bumper to bumper" warranty (Veritas). While driving my truck it turned off on me. The warranty refuses to cover. The cap-less gas spout is broken. The warranty refuses to cover. Brent Melville sold me the warranty so that I could "peace of mind". What a waste of money. BTW the truck was in their shop for a week.

When I had a keyfob issue with my car, my Service Manager

When I had a keyfob issue with my car, my Service Manager Aaron was able to get me new keyfobs and even arranged a rental car for me so I did not have to stay at the dealership for an extended amount of time

Be very careful when looking at final documents.

Be very careful when looking at final documents. They were deceitful and dishonest. When I went back had to wait an hour only for everyone to be too busy to help.

Went to this dealership to look at Colorado's, were not

Went to this dealership to look at Colorado's, were not familiar with the different models and their features. Went Early in the morning because it's hot here and we were met by Nwail and he sure was a wonderful sales person. He took us straight to the line of Colorado's and explained the models and features of each in detail. You can tell this man takes pride in his work and knows what he's selling, it was very refreshing. We ended up leaving with a new Colorado and could not be happier with the salesperson and the staff. We love our new truck!

Aaron and Chad were excellent.

Aaron and Chad were excellent. Very welcoming, kind and informative. At pick up my keys were misplaced but Aaron quickly went to find them himself. Our next appointment will definitely be scheduled with one of them.

Stay away from here.

Had engine problems less than 90 days after purchase. After engine was repaired I left their shop with multiple body issues. License plate filler was damaged and will need to be replaced. Do not want to deal with this dealership so I will take the loss and move on.
