Very efficient.

Very efficient. Smooth operation. Greeted on time and friendly. The rep was very knowledgable and accomodating.service was quick. When my car was returned it wasn't washed so the rep Vince took it back and ran it through himself. Great service.

The entire process was amazing.

The entire process was amazing. Hadn't bought a car in almost a decade so I wasn't sure what to expect. Saul sas absolutely amazing. Very patient, informative and funny. I felt very comfortable buying a car from him. Brent in the finance department was great as well. He took good care of me. Didn't try to sell me on something I didnt need. Very transparent on the packages/warranty I would need. When its time to look for another vehicle, I will be using this dealership again and hope these two will still be there.

Great experience

Buying a vehicle has always been a trying situation. You go to the dealership with the vehicle that you have researched and found on their website but get the run around and someone trying to sell you something else. However, upon arriving at AutoNation Chevrolet Arrowhead, I was greeted by Tomas Lopez who actually listened to what I was saying and found the vehicle that I researched, pulled it up for me to purchase. This is the type of service is why I will always purchase a vehicle from this location. I will always refer someone to purchase form AutoNation Chevrolet Arrowhead.

Chevy Traverse 2023

The buying process was extremely smooth and stress free. The staff were very friendly and answered any questions that I had. They did not rush the process. I was very pleased with the price and trade in value of my car.

Cars were all clean and tidy.

Cars were all clean and tidy. Most of the vehicles at other dealerships needed some sort of work right off the bat. Tires, detailing, a simple washing. Everything there was ready to go and the filled the tank. Employees all friendly and helpful. Relatively low pressure. They were also busy on a Monday morning.

No proper follow up

Received a letter about a recall and stated the parts are now available. set up an appt at 8am with detailed information about the recall. Met with Service Advisor Aaron Pewnew. He stated he doesn't know if he had the part in. Said he still needs the car looked at and will know if they have the part in 45 minutes and will contact us. Put on paper we will be waiting for the vehicle. Went to breakfast and went to the lobby to wait. 2 hours later no updates or calls. Had to locate Aaron and ask the status. He said the part was not available and car was not ready. He wanted to wash the car. Picked up the car 2 hours and 19 minutes later from the appointment time. He said the part will not be ready for about a few weeks to a month. That they will call me when the part was available. Asked him " so nothing was done to my car for 2 hours". He replied no, then finally apologized for it.

There isn't a lot issues with my 2021 Silverado but, I've

There isn't a lot issues with my 2021 Silverado but, I've been trying to get a relay clicking issue behind the driver door handle resolved. It only happens when I go over a sharp bump or washboard road. I know it's hard to find but I've taken it there 3 times with no resolve. Asked the service advisor if they could replace the relay located behind the door handle, not sure if he knew what I was talking about. That message didn't seem to get past along again.
