Must be a mechanic shortage

Arrived early to appt & when a person checked us in he told us it would be 2-2 1/2 hours for our oil change which was not his fault but they must have had a mechanic shortage. When I complained he did not tell us about the shuttle so we went inside & set until car was ready. It?s not about the check in person but to me about AUTO NATION that lets type of thing happen & they have to know it. No one around to take care of having any coffee made either so I had to ring a bell on Customer service desk for someone to make. Doesn?t anyone want to work anymore?

Overall, experience was ok.

Overall, experience was ok. Sales tried to give me a ridiculous interest rate pitch when I knew exactly what I would be offered by GM financial. I had to jump through a few hoops for my qualifying discounts but not really surprised there. My biggest complaint would be that I received my new vehicle with a dent in the drivers side door. The freight company documented it when they picked it up. I documented it when the vehicle was delivered. The dealer denied there was an issue and wished me good luck. Now I have a new truck with a dent in the drivers side door.

Took my car in for an oil change and to get the chip put

Took my car in for an oil change and to get the chip put in for the heated seats. They do take a long time to complete the service which is why I always drop it off instead of waiting.

My New Corvette is awesome!

Tomas Lopez my sales Associate took good care of me! I purchased 2023 Chevrolet Corvette Convertible, that I order back in Nov 22, the Dealership GM Scott Stapley even helped me order my Vette to ensure I got everything I wanted and more. Tomas looked after my order every step of the way updating me on my Corvette progress until it arrived at dealership on Friday the 27th of January. Seriously, you can't ask for better customer service than that! I must tell you; the whole AutoNation Chevrolet Arrowhead team did an outstanding job ensuring my purchase experience was outstanding!
