I really hate the auto buying process but autonation made it easy. They were honest and helpful and they made me the deal I was looking for. Dominic, my salesman, was honest and worked real hard to get me the deal I was looking for. The store management introduced themselves. I was treated as a customer, someone they actually needed.

Had an amazing experience both times I went there. One to preview and another to purchase. No pressure sales and friendly staff.

Statements were made that proved to be false. I was told I had no option to buy vehicle without certain maintenance and protection packages. It was very much deceptive. And I heard other customers being told same thing.

fast friendly service. I was pleased that it was done quickly and the service agent was not concerned that the vehicle was not purchased from this dealer. the waiting area was big and comfortable very clean and had a large tv to watch while i waited. it also had free coffee available an some vending machines to use if you are hungry.
