Came to pick my car up only to find requested service had
Came to pick my car up only to find requested service had not been completed. I had the service completed elsewhere for less than half of BMW Annapolis’ estate. They almost never have loaner cars.

Purchased a 2022 CPO BMW X5 for $50k.
Purchased a 2022 CPO BMW X5 for $50k. Drove intermittently for less than 3 weeks before receiving dashboard alerts that engine oil needed to be changed. Was puzzled as I assumed as part of the CPO and getting car ready for resale the dealer would have at least done oil change among other services. But apparently not. So, had to get car serviced for oil change, wait for 3 hours, and pay out of pocket. Less than ideal for a newly purchased car of just 3 weeks!!
