I had the pleasure of getting my vehicle serviced at Annapolis BMW on 3-5-26. I called earlier to see if there were any available spots to fit me in. I spoke with Eric Fisher the service manager and he recognized my voice, greeted me with a professional tone and manner. I was able to get my vehicle in for service at a great time in the afternoon, and in no time at all my vehicle was in and out, washed and cleaned. Sean and Donate the service advisors worked collectively and as a team to expedite the paperwork for a smooth transition and Sean always offers insight into key ways to keep my BMW's running well on the performance side.

Took a few days to get the repairs but I had a mini
Took a few days to get the repairs but I had a mini cooper on loan so it was fine. Robert was great and the waiting area is so much better now that it?s back from down the hill. On par with BMW
