Love the nissan. Don't trust the sales staff including Jim the manager. Rude and unprofessional. I have bought 3 new cars from Wyler. Never had a problem until now. Run swiftly away.

I purchased a 2021 Chevy Blazer from this dealer.
I purchased a 2021 Chevy Blazer from this dealer. I contacted them first via email and received a prompt call and thorough video of the car since I lived an hour away. The mileage was incorrectly listed tho, and it was actually 10k less, so then they increased the price of the car… They were not willing to negotiate price on the phone so I drove there. They offered me a ridiculously low price for my trade in. I said no and they eventually paid what I asked for it. Overall the process was smooth and I am happy with my car.

Look at vehicles online used ones drove about an hour to get there. One truck they had online was able to test drive interior of it. Look like it wasn’t even detailed yet the second vehicle I couldn’t find the keys for it was unlocked. Look at it. it looked the same way a mess on the inside hasn’t even been detailed Then drive through their lot to look at other vehicles was at a stop sign, and it looked like a lot tech driving a car, cut the corner and started cussing at me about it. I’m not my driving when I was at a stop sign, not ideal situations when you’re looking for a used car Take it for what it

**Absolutely Disappointed – Poor Service After Just Two
**Absolutely Disappointed – Poor Service After Just Two Weeks of Ownership** I purchased/leased a vehicle from Jeff Wyler Hyundai of Eastgate and within just two weeks—with only about 700 miles on it—I had to bring it back due to a persistent sensor warning that wouldn’t turn off. Prior to bringing it in, I carefully cleaned all the sensors and there was no visible damage whatsoever. When I arrived, I completed a walk-around inspection with the service tech, who also confirmed there was no visible damage at that time. I even wiped off the bumper and sensor area right in front of them to ensure everything was clean. However, after they ran a diagnostic test, I was suddenly told there was "visible damage" to the sensor—damage that wasn't there moments earlier and was not mentioned during the walk-around. Now, they want to charge me over $500 to repair a sensor on a car I’ve had for **less than a month, while I traded in a perfectly functioning 2023 Jeep Wagoneer with just 23,000 miles. This is not how you take care of your customers. It feels like I’m being taken advantage of after committing to a lease. I expected far better service and accountability from a dealership like Jeff Wyler Hyundai of Eastgate. I regret this purchase and would strongly urge others to be cautious when doing business here.
