I recently purchased a used EQS 580 and worked with Franz Krieg. It was helpful to be able to speak a bit of German with him, and overall the buying process was smooth. I appreciated the opportunity to test drive the car and was given a full overview of its history. The vehicle was already well-discounted, and I was fine with the firm pricing. What left me disappointed was the delivery experience, especially when compared to other Mercedes-Benz dealerships I’ve worked with. At similar price points, I’ve received small touches like a gift for my kids from the Mercedes store and a dedicated session with a product expert to set up my profile and go over key features. Here, when I asked about those things, I was told they weren’t available or would cost extra. For a premium brand like Mercedes-Benz, it’s the details that make a difference. While I appreciated Franz’s help, the overall experience didn’t feel as special or customer-focused as it should have.

Sales manager Amin Siddiq was extremely rude and unprofessional. He honestly was probably the worst person I have encountered at a dealership. Nobody wants to talk to people who are insulting.

After submitting an inquiry about a vehicle that I had interest in buying; I was almost immediately contacted by Austin with internet sales. Austin was very personable and helpful in answering all of my questions about the vehicle. The following morning he called me and assisted me with scheduling an appointment to test drive the vehicle. The purchasing process was seamless from there on?Upon entering the building; I was promptly greeted by the manager and received by Jeorge shortly thereafter; who arranged my test drive with his assistant. She was very polite and had a well thought out route for the drive. Everyone was very friendly and I didn?t feel pressured to make a purchase. I especially enjoyed how much each person were knowledgeable about whatever there area of specialty was and they explained everything in great detail. After completing the necessary steps my car was delivered with a full tank of gas and a fresh freshly detailed.
