My salesperson was Chris C. The one thing I’ll say about Chris is he was w/ me all the way. The spent a lot of time w/ me juggling the pros and cons of leasing vs buying. Chris is extremely competent, smart up to date on the economy and interest rates and the risks in buying vs leasing. I’m a business man, and I’m very confident he’s helped me continuing being a Subaru owner & driver

Professional in every way
Professional in every way. Bought a Nissan Rogue of the used car lot after a minimum of haggling. They knew what I wanted and we came to an easy agreement. Jeremy was great to deal with. Excellent experience with nice people.

Buyer beware
Purchased a new Subaru Legacy in April, I figured I would give them a few months to see if they would come through on their promise. First I was buying a new car so that would me new no scratches or any other problems. Well I noticed some scratches and asked they be taken Care of before the purchase but oh no they only do that after first mistake so I agreed. As I was about to leave I was walking around the car again to check but again it should be new and be detailed which it was not the car was dirty inside and out. I noticed some more scratches and some on the windshield and my lovely salesman Shane was like oh no worries they will take care of all of the scratches when they call to set up a time. I was like ok and left with the car big mistake, I was finally able to hand wash the car found more scratches and blemishes weird one on the front and the whole passenger side windshield is scratched up very odd. Feel like I did not get a new car. So I waited and waited for them to contact me, but I guess once you sign those papers they could care less about you or your car. It is not my responsibility of the customer to hound them it is their job. Wish I never went here. So beware and look over you new car before you leave seems like it’s normal for them to be scratched up.

New Lease
Chris C was awesome and so pleasant to work with in getting into our new lease. The process was stress free and we appreciate all of Chris' diligence to get us into the car we wanted. Michelle was also a rockstar and is lucky to have Chris C to make her job easier. Our initial contact was with Jeremy "huggy bear" who was amazing via email and set everything up to make signing the final documents and picking up our new lease seamless. Now... I've never actually seen this person and I wonder if in fact he actually exists and he isn't just artificial intelligence with the code name "huggy bear". Chris tells he and "huggy" are a great team so maybe they're actually one person? Either way a Chris and a Huggy Bear make for an amazing car buying experience. Thanks guys or guy!

Repair and Customer Service NIGHTMARE
GROOVE CUSTOMER and REPAIR SERVICE EXPERIENCE = NIGHTMARE DO NOT TRUST with Your Money, Vehicle, or Time! PLEASE Learn From My Experience and buying MISTAKE, so YOU don't suffer too. ESPECIALLY if buying PRE-OWNED! STILL NO RESOLUTION almost 3 months later. IT TAKES MORE THAN A FEW GOOD PARTS (EMPLOYEES) TO MAKE A CAR DEPENDABLE: Just like my Groove CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED 2014 Outback, GROOVE SUBARU WILL KEEP FAILING YOU. Customer Service and Repair : UNPROFESSIONAL! INCOMPETENCE in thoroughness, follow-through, and communication. GROOVE LACKS INTEGRITY. Groove gives the runaround. Groove LACKS HONESTY. INCOMPLETE WORK. LACK of ACCOUNTABILITY and Oversight. Pre-Sale Inspection is a joke! Upper MANAGEMENT DOESN'T REPLY to customer concerns. Groove will get you in and out for service and repairs quickly BECAUSE QUANTITY VS QUALITY seems to be their standard. Not Thorough. I spent much of my life so far in customer service and recently in management/administration and therefore understand, value, and regard integrity and excellent service to be paramount to the success of any organization. ISSUE EXAMPLES that I have experienced with my CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED 2014 Subaru Outback Limited. purchased 3.14.18: -14 REPAIRS NEEDED WITHIN 6 WEEKS of owning (4 potential safety issues INCLUDING BRAKES) -INDEPENDENT INSPECTION 6 weeks after purchase found that OIL LEVEL was DANGEROUSLY high due to overfill from Groove Oil Change. Could have led to very costly repairs. -Same Independent Inspection found other repairs needed that Groove Service Manger B.O. admitted had been found during the pre-sale inspection but not repaired. -Service shop lost my key fob and had to order and replace it -16 days in shop within 1 month and 5 days of owning! -9 repairs needed and one key ordered due to Groove loss within 1 month -Windshield replaced incorrectly TWICE -Animal nest found in engine compartment and after they "removed as much as possible", myself and other repair shop removed more. -Rental Customer Information (phone number, address, etc.) left in rentals for next customers to see ON 3 OCCASIONS (Even after I informed them twice). -Many more beyond these... -STILL waiting on thorough resolution and a Professional level of customer service as of this posting on 6/6/18. Told on May 1 that a reimbursement check for my extended service plan would get to me within up to 2 weeks. 5 WEEKS later, I've still yet to receive it. Told on June 1 that it would be overnighted and 6/6/18 at latest, I should have it. WELL, I DON'T and now the manager that seemed to finally be bringing some amount of resolution, is now out until 6/11. IF you still decide to buy from Groove: PLEASE: -GET an INDEPENDENT INSPECTION FIRST!! -GET IT IN WRITING! GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING! FOLLOW UP! -ADVOCATE FOR YOURSELF, BE DILIGENT, BE RESILIENT, BE -GET PRE-SALE INSPECTION + ASK WHAT THEY DID NOT REPAIR -FOLLOW Up AGAIN AND AGAIN! BE PERSISTENT! YOU NEED TO BE -DON'T SAY THAT YOU WEREN'T WARNED -IF YOU DO GET/GOT SCREWED TOO, DO WARN OTHERS

Outstanding Experience
I was in the market for a new SUV, as I had ran the wheels off my old one. My husband and I happened to be going to Sprouts and I saw a Blue Honda on the way. One afternoon we decided to stop by to look at the Honda. We met Jeremy and he showed us the Honda we came to see. It wasn't exactly what I wanted and to my surprise Jeremy didn't try to "hard sell us" on it. He listened and helped us find an SUV that met MY needs. From the time we stepped out of our car to the the end of the line, we met nothing but great concerned caring people. The finance people were exceptional also, Thank you for such a pleasant outstanding experience.
