I went to Avondale Nissan to have my oil changed because

I went to Avondale Nissan to have my oil changed because they had a great coupon. They said my Murano needed an engine coolant flushed, a transmission service, and the cabin air filter replaced. They printed out their prices for each item. When I got home I made some calls. I spoke with Andrew Brent at Coulter Nissan. He gave me their prices for the exact same services and was $200.00 cheaper than Avondale Nissan. Andrew got me in the next morning and completed all of the services. He was great to work with! It always pays to shop around!

The service department is top notch all around! I bring my Pathfinder in for normal service every 5k miles. Tyler and Skip go above and beyond my expectations, every time!

Worse dealership in Arizona

Worse dealership in Arizona. Salesman didn't even bother to try and sale a vehicle. Manager did not bother to come out. They don't want people to buy cars. I wouldn't bother even stopping by.

Bad Experience

Wouldn't recommend, vehicles has defect, also a sales manager told me that if a customer don't have more money to buy a car, we wont take care of them. I was thinking to buy a 2021 frontier but with this kid of service I wont to do any busines with them.

Excellent!

My sister was looking to upgrade from an old SUV and she purchased a brand new 2021 Rogue from here. We were in and out in less than three hours and got a good deal on it. Staff (especially Francisco, who we had an appointment with) were amazing and cool. Francisco was knowledgeable about the Rogue and its features. One of the staff was watching the Cardinals-Patriots game on 11/29 (I was wearing a Patriots hat on my visit like he was) and he said "Finally, someone wearing the right hat".

Unprofessional in service department. Took car in for oil change, only 3,000 miles on car, when I got car back it had problems it didn't have when I brought it in.

Very Fair dealership

I did all the research on the car I had in mind and knew what my trade in value and got everything I was expecting. No arguing, no fussing, nothing added, nothing missing, just exactly what you would hope for in a dealership. A little out of the way for some, but worth the drive. On the test drive we didn't just drive around an auto mall roads, we got on the freeway for a few miles before going back. Before we pulled back into the dealership my wife said she wanted to drive it and back to the freeway we went. Not many dealer's will let you drive out on the road now days. I highly recommend Coulter Nissan, now I just hope the car is as good as the dealership.
