They lied about there inventory to get me there.

They lied about there inventory to get me there. All the car i started had multiple lights on the dash. If it didn't have lights the car had rust or bad damage. They did not want to work with me. And waisted the whole day and a $150 in Amtrack to get there and home. I would of never went there if they were honest to me over the phone. Which I called over 10 times to ask questions.

Purchased a 2002 Honda Accord on Saturday, July 12, 2025

Purchased a 2002 Honda Accord on Saturday, July 12, 2025 for $2200 transmission went out on the way back to Tappahannock, Virginia from Woodbridge. Called was told to call back and speak to the sheriff which I did and I was told I could bring the car in for $800-$1000 credit towards another vehicle. Transmission prices are $1500 and that doesn’t include install. I was super excited to buy this car for my son and now it’s broke down in our driveway after driving it for an hour and a half.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE! Once you spend your money there and you leave the lot if you have an issue they are very rude and not very helpful at all 💯! I feel like if I spent my money there and I have a concern they should be a little more helpful.

I Filed a Complaint Feedback from consumers is vital to

I Filed a Complaint Feedback from consumers is vital to BBB. We appreciate your willingness to report this information to us. We look forward to helping you and the business work toward a resolution. Your complaint details: . I bid on a Ford Escape for my son. After purchasing we couldn’t make it off the lot the car would not run, after starting it would not stay in gear and cut off. Luckily I was still on the lot. I went back to see what could be done. I was referred to the manager at the counter. He agreed to let me return and bid on another vehicle. This time we bid and won a 2008 Discovery looked really nice. After buying notice we could barely drive it without wobbling. Figured just alignment or shocks. I took it to repair shop where I found out this vehicle should have never been sold. It had $8000 dollars worth of repairs needed , from shock struts, axle, and so on. It was pretty much rebuilding vehicle. That would have been a total of $10400. The suv doesn’t cost that much.Taking it back today have to get son car for college.I think they will keep their word. Giving them a chance. Will update later. I attached pictures and sales receipt and cost to repair smh. Well I went back, but just a waste of time. The game is to get your money without selling you a decent car. if you don't want to have to keep paying their processing fee's of $300 dollar a whop each time even if the car you are buying is terrible. That's how they make their money. They know these cars are bad and when you come back complaining. YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK. I lost mine not mad just wiser and trying to help the next person out. This is a side hustle no class. I spent a total of of 900 dollars for nothing. Have a vehicle with $6000 dollars in repairs. Terrible and no class. What away to make a living. I should have went to offer up! Also don’t believe the positive ads, looks like their staff sits at computer in lovby and writes fake reviews. Im going to do a Kamala Harris. Read their positive post and i invite you to go out there and see if they are true (lol) they know their cars are bad but have no conscience. It all catches up with you at the end.

This is a dealership for people ho can’t read or write.

This is a dealership for people ho can’t read or write. This is a place that should sell cars on the street corner. They try to present class, but they get your money they got you. I invite you to go there and lose your money and get a terrible vehicle that you can bring back and get another terrible vehicle. It doesn’t matter they charge you a processing f each time of $300 dollars, imagine if you got 3 bad vehicles each return you lose $300 dollars? Hum does that seem fair? Once again I invite you to go there, not recommend, but invite so you can see for yourself and make your own opinions. Good luck!
