I bought my Honda Accord sport 2015 at this Honda dealer and the customer service was amazingly good. The facility looks clean and organized..nothing else to complain about this facility because all of customer services did their wonderful job...I recommend those buyers who is seeking to buy new or used car to come to this Honda dealer to check it out..10-10

The service department are crooks. They Miss diagnosed my...

The service department are crooks. They Miss diagnosed my car problem two times and charged me $1700. The problem was minor and should have cost much lesser for the repair.

Customer service sucks, the waiting is unbelievable,...

Customer service sucks, the waiting is unbelievable, shuttle is long wait and their service desk representatives are unfriendly. Yesterday I had a bad experience with them. Never again to bring my car there or refer any one there.

Smoothest Fastest Sales Transaction I have had

Bought 2020 Honda Odyssey through Costco Auto Program at San Leandro Honda. Worked with Neil and it was a very smooth and easy experience. Costco's price was $200 more than the lowest quote on the same vehicle from a dealer 100 miles away, and not a lot of room to get them to come down, but worth the time savings. Same as a typical Costco experience, you know you aren't paying the cheapest but it's a pretty decent price. I always feel that dealers that try really hard to "beat the other guy by $100" will always try to get it out of you in the back office. My favorite part was 0 surprise fees, 0 mandatory dealer installed accessories, and 0 push in F&I to get you to buy useless crap like paint protection. I went somewhat late on a Sunday and maybe they just wanted to get home. Either way lowest pressure F&I process I ever went through, "Have you considered adding to the standard warranty?"..."No"..."Ok" One piece of advice, do your homework. Dealers are places to buy, not to shop. Nowadays there's Youtube for every possible piece of info on every car. The only thing left to do when you get there should be to confirm that it looks the same as the pictures and drive it to make sure there are no strange manufacturing defects.

Poor Service

I had my Honda Accord serviced here for maintenance and paid $410. They had my car for hours and after 2 minutes of driving the PRMS light went off. I took it back to them and they fixed it. Then it went off again, so I brought it in again and was told I had to pay for if I wanted it to be fixed!!!! I was like.. are you crazy, it was ok when I brought it in for maintenance, paid 400, now I had to pay for it!!!!!! Didn’t make sense at all! Finally, I was told the manager agreed that I didn’t have to pay! A week later. the TPMS went off again!! I got a flat and the tire repair repair shop was able to fix not only the tire but the TPMS as well. The next two weeks, the alternator broke down, the keys stopped working!! My car was great until after I brought it in for maintenance!!! Terrible, terrible, terrible!!!!! I’ll never have my car ever service again at this shop!!!!!!

San Leandro Honda Sales & Service

I bought my 2012 Honda Odyssey from Carlos at San Leandro Honda and have found it to be a great car. I have had it serviced regularly at SL Honda and love working with Jessica. I highly recommend this dealership and in particular these people. My car has 128,000 miles on it and is still going strong.

Service is a ripoff

I brought my car for major service. Service advisor gave me estimate of about $2500 and promised to give me discount. When i picked up my car there was no discount and i paid $2497. They're very deceptive. Next time I'll try oakland.
