I posted a "1 star" dissatisfactory review of Hamilton Nissan on 6/17. The owner sent me an email the next day stating what went wrong and apologized.... His action was honest and faster than the staff under him. I am raising my review from a 1 to a 3 because of his effort.
Took my car in because my brakes locked up,mentioned it several times to,Don Snyder after paying almost $2000 after having car back for 6 hours they locked... up again NO WHERE did Don mention to the mechanic about my brakes he never even stated it on the paperwork therefore he lied and crooked never will I buy or take my car to Hamilton Nissan again. Brakes are a big part of your vehicle and for him to totally not even mention it, I have teenagers that drove my car so I got rid of it and bought a better car from Kia Don you owe me most of my money back for being a very dishonest person
I just bought a 2017 Rogue SV and traded in our base level 2013 Rogue. The features in the SV are well worth the very small amount you actually pay for... all of these nice touches! The service from sales to finance was absolutely perfect and every detail was seen to. This is the 6th car I have bought here and the service is the reason I keep coming back!
We were "just looking" at the 2019 Nissan Murano to possibly replace our 2015 Murano that had been such a dependable and safe vehicle to own. The Moca... Almond Brown caught our fancy, and we left with it that very day! Thanks to Brandon R. for his help, he seemed to know just what information former Murano owners would need to know about the new version. He helped make the decision an easy one, answering our questions and demonstrating/explaining features. Thanks also to Will for his patience with our wish to move things along as quickly as possible. Looking forward to many years of driving enjoyment with this new Nissan Murano.
We just purchased a new 2019 Murano. From the minute that we entered the facility, we were greeted and taken care of in a professional, courteous manner.... We were treated with respect and given full details on the vehicles that we looked at. Our sales persons were knowledgeable, and professional They cared about our concerns and took time to make sure that we were comfortable with the information that they gave us.
I had the worst experience ever I was working with chip and he called me tye day of my appointment and confirmed Our appointment for 4 and got there at... 330 and he sold the truck after he told us it was still there I wouldn’t recommend any body to deal with them
I bought a car and the sales person was great, but good luck using any of the services they give you witb buying the car. They always have some kind of... excuse. J have tried to contact them several times but they will never call you back.
My purchase with Hamilton went very smoothly, however we moved away and had to trade in our vehicle about a year after buying. The first week on January... we sent all of our paperwork in to have our extended warranty refunded. We were told the dealership was in possessioyof the refund for two weeks March 9th and that our check would be in the mail on March 12th. Now we’re being told we’ll definitely have the refund in our hands this week. I’m not holding my breath at this point. It’s been more than two months, I’d like my refund already.

My... experience started with Molly from internet sales. She was awesome! She introduced me to Jonathan in sales, and he had no problem assisting me with me purchased. He's an awesome salesman. I had the opportunity to speak with James (General Manager), and I thanked him for the service that I received during the purchase of my car. Dustin (Finance Mansger) was very helpful with breaking down my finances. He made it very clear and understandable, what to expect from being financed through Nissan. I was very pleased and happy with the overall experience at Hamilton Nissan.
This is the third vehicle we have purchased at Hamilton Nissan, Hagerstown, MD. We always have the same sales consultant, Mr. Will Swartz. He does an... excellent job in explaining the new features and matching the vehicle to our needs. Will explained to us how to personalize the settings in the Rogue for both of us and even did these for us. At our age, we appreciated this assistance. Also, Dustin Anders, sales professional, did an excellent job finalizing the purchase and making sure we had everything in order for transferring the tags and title. It is always a pleasure to work with him. We have always found Hamilton Nissan to be a very professional organization and their service is excellent.
