I purchased my car in Frederick Md and received a very bad experience but since I've been taking my vehicle to the dealership in Hagerstown MD my experience with Jackson and David have been above and beyond I really appreciate all the helpful information and experience that they have given me.

We purchased a new 2024 Nissan kicks from this dealership. After less than two years, the plastic molding on the rear quarter panels has basically melted and has started coming off. My wife took it in to have these replaced and they told her it’s not covered under warranty even though it’s been less than two years and she only has 20,000 miles on the vehicle, they were also very rude to her and were laughing behind her back because she came in for such a “stupid thing“. We have contacted Fitzgerald Nissan in Chambersburg and they are going to replace them under warranty and do the job that this xxxxty dealership refused to do. If I could give it negative rating I would unfortunately it doesn’t allow anything less than a one star but that is about five stars two many! STAY AWAY!!

Had to take my Nissian Rogue in for service to see if it had potential problems. Thankfully it wasn’t as bad as expected. Really appreciated the video explaining everything that was done with my car. Showed someone else the video and they really liked the visual inspection details. They will now bring their vehicle here for maintenance. David and everyone provided excellent service and answered all my multiple questions in layman’s terms. He even gave me a free tire tread depth monitor. I was ready to replace my brakes and all four tires based off of other places telling me they weren’t good. David was honest and said they were still in good working condition and will last way past winter. Which in the end saved me money!!! Every little bit helps. Especially in this economy.

When I scheduled a service, I had Kevin but it’s not the first time. He knows little ASL to communicate with me when I arrived, when I’m there for oil changed , he informed the package deal to save me money. If I have concerned to follow up regards to my exterior of my vehicle, he doesn’t hesitate and willing to look at images from the last visit without hesitation!! His customer service is above and beyond in which he takes his time to listen and shows he cares!!
