We bought a 2025 Nissan Armada SL from Hamilton this past December and this was our 2nd service appointment for the 10k service. It was easy to do online and the service took less than 2 hours while I waited. Everyone in the service department has been great and love the videos of the work performed

As always once I come for oil service. Not often he’s there and I forgot his name but he knows a little signs and able to communicate with me. I normally choose him as my comfort zone whom I trust the most! When the car was done and he signs to me and always made me feel happier. We are less than satisfied with service. Dropped off my truck for an oil change and basic check as my extended warranty ends soon. I was greeted ok but heavy on the sales for the package deals. I received a courtesy call that my work was completed. After paying almost double for an "oil change" than the local quick lube stores, I expected a clean vehicle and things checked over. The receipt said fluids were checked and topped off and the vehicle washed. Tire tread checked and brakes had a visual inspection, at least that is what the receipt said. I found my truck still dirty with the same bug smears on the windshield I arrived with. I also had a tire that was slightly low pressure that was still low. It almost makes me wonder if they really changed my oil. For over a $100 for an oil change I really expected better.

I worked with Todd in Body Shop Services to have the hood of my car repainted, and I am very happy with the experience. From scheduling the appointment and bringing my car in for an estimate to completing the work, the entire process was easy and convenient. Todd was professional, timely, and very accommodating to my difficult schedule. I truly appreciated his flexibility and excellent customer service. At first, I was hesitant about having the work done, but after seeing the results, I am so glad I decided to move forward with it. They did an excellent job, and my car looks 100% better! I highly recommend Todd and the Body Shop Services team.
