I bought a Kicks from a used car dealer and within 3 months the transmission failed. I took it to Hamilton Nissan and they couldn't have been more helpful Carl did everything in his power to check on warranties, past history with Nissan, called the dealer who sold me the car, etc. The car dealer who sold it to me ended up picking it up from Hamilton to replace the transmission in their repair department so that was the end of Hamilton's responsibility. But Carl went above and beyond, explaining things to me and doing his best to get me help.

Service was great! Waiting area was great also. It took a little longer than I expected, but that was OK. Bonus was no bill, because I bought a package last time I had my oil changed. Kevin was very personal!
