I am typically skeptical when I enter a dealership, we all know the stereotypical car buying experience. The salesman pushes, the finance person spins numbers, and you leave with a car that you like and you think you got a good deal. This is not the case at Sharrett. The salesman, Blake McCoy, was never pushy. He listened to what my wife and I wanted and matched us up with the best car. The Finance Manager, Dwayne Johnson, patiently explained the financing and all of the different options that were available. I was never pressured at all and the time and effort both Blake and Dwayne put into making sure that we were well taken care of are greatly appreciated. If you are looking for a new or used car, I would definitely recommend that you stop at Sharrett and let them show you how the car buying experience is supposed to go. You will not be disappointed.

Will travel to deal with Sharrett
I travel from Georgia just to deal with the Sharrett family. Bought I know 4 vehicles from them over the past 8 years and I couldn't have gotten a better deal anywhere else( traveled 860 miles). They treat you not like a customer but more like a friend or family. They are not out to make a "killing" but make a honest living. No pressure or hassle when it comes to buying a safe and reliable new or used vehicle .As long as Sharrett is selling cars they will me as a customer. Stop by and see for yourself , your gonna wish you did a long time ago. Thanks Sharrett for making me feel like family

My fiance, James and I have bought 3 cars from Blake. We have previously made purchases from other dealerships in the tri-state area, but have literally made a friend for life at Sharrett with Blake. Shatters the stereotype!
No- I am not kidding...and I am quite possibly one of the most difficult and contrary customer at times- especially if I feel I am being ill served. Josh and the people at Sharrett provided my wife and myself an unheard of experience in buying a used car. We were in need of a replacement for my wife's old convertible, and we did not have very good credit (and that is euphemistic)so our options were very few. Sharrett had a beautiful car on their lot that was a dream car my spouse always wished for. We began at another dealership and got approved on a decent vehicle at a somewhat expected interest rate. Before signing off, we chose to go and see if the car Sharrett had was possible- we had no real expectations. We walked in, and laid it all out honestly, and told the salesman Josh precisely what we had in a new car option, but if they could put us in this "dream car" at a comparable price and interest rate, then we would opt for the used vehicle. Keep in mind, the prices were almost identical on both vehicles. Sharrett managed to beat the price, and BEAT THE INTEREST RATE! I shout, because anyone who is shopping knows that the rates on new cars is always better than a used vehicle... especially with credit woes. Josh and Sharrett were spectacular, the car is stunning, and it is far better shape than one might think for a 10 year old vehicle, and the payments are manageable- a total thumbs up on all accounts! Getting a fair interest rate......Almost $1000 a year savings. Getting a fair price for a desired car......$1000 to $5000 savings Having a wonderful and respectful experience while buying the car..... xxxx near priceless Seeing my wife drive off in a 2002 Ford Thunderbird with the top down and her hair flying.....definitely priceless. Sharrett Rocks... and if you are fortunate enough to live within shopping distance of them in Hagerstown Maryland, then be sure to stop by and see if they have what you are looking for- ask for Josh- they all will help- no matter what income bracket you are working and living in.
