Mike Horan, Kristina Villafona, and Tyler Thomsen should all be paid whatever they ask for. By far the best trio of sales and management that I have meet. They took crare of all my needs, and I am a needy girl. 10s 10s across the board. The other listed not so much.

Our sales representative, Nick Sciarotta was fabulous to work with. He was so helpful and he is definitely the reason we chose to purchase from Smithhaven Dodge Ram in St. James. He was so patient with us. Explained everything. Spend time going over the details of the vehicle with my husband. Showed him how to use all the electronics in the truck. Very happy with him. He deserves 5 stars for sure. Great customer service.

I came here today to get service for my car. I have been driving for many years and have visited many service centers. I had many bad experiences before, so I did not trust service centers. But this time was very different. Two service advisors, Larry Biehl and Tim Biehl, changed my mind. They gave me the best service and made me feel comfortable. Now, I trust this place again. I can buy a car and get service at Smith Haven Jeep without worry. I am very, very thankful to both of them!

Went to the dealer looking to buy a used truck which wouldn’t start went we went for a test drive then after they charged the battery, the truck wouldn’t come out of first gear. They did work on the truck a 2019 RAM and it was good to go with brand new tires it drove great just a sensor issues but fixed. I gave them the benefit of a doubt with a 100K warranty (truck only had 34K a 2019) went for a test drive it and it ran great had a bit of an issue opening the tailgate as u had to give it a push before releasing it. I get there to pick it up after all this and they don’t have the title for the truck!!! Haha offered me 1K off the asking price which they could have given me when I needed to get the payment down but said they had no room to move. Overall terrible absolutely terrible experience and would never give them my money. I also drove there 3 times from Manorville to St James with cash in pocket to not walk out of there with a truck. They need to reevaluate who they give manager positions to.

Have been a customer of Smithaven Dodge for over 10 years. Currently am on my 4th Jeep from this dealership. I have always touted to others how great their service department is, however, I now need to get my vehicle inspected before end of December and I have a check engine light on. Vehicle cannot pass inspection with this light on. Over 2 weeks ago I was advised that I will be placed on a list for a loaner since I need the vehicle for everyday use. I cannot get a straight answer nor a response from their service team member Timothy. He says he will call back and fails to do so. When I call back I get the run around. Needless to say, be careful of this dealer. They have gone downhill with their service group for sure.

Tried getting a price from Victor after 2 days came back with a low ball offer on my trade and was looking for me to pay almost sticker $265 under funny since there’s a $3000 rebate and the vehicle has been on the lot for many months!
