the buying process was smooth, but I was given a car with a faulty battery that died within 4 days of having it. I had to have the car towed back to the facility since i could not get it to start at all, it only needed a new battery but it took them 3 days to diagnose this.

Purchased 2016 Toyota RAV4. Buying process was very efficient. Had issue with tire inflation sensors. Had to take vehicle back to Mike Albert and they immediately dealt with issue.

Jeff my service rep and the mechanics got my vehicle back to me very quickly. I brought my vehicle in to have the rear door lock repaired late in the day on Monday. They had it fixed and back to me Tuesday afternoon. This is my work van, so I am glad they had such a fast turn around for me. I would like to thank them for doing a great job!
