I never thought I'd be able to find such a phenomenal used car at such an affordable price. It's the first time I can ever recall actually loving the whole buying experience from selecting a car and negotiating to actually getting in and driving away. Matt Adelsperger really went out of his way---on his day off even/-to help assure I was going to get the car I was desiring. I suggest anyone looking stop by and talk to him...he has many more cars available than you could even imagine.

I cannot say enough about the people at Mike Albert Direct. I worked with Darell and Dennis to buy my Volvo 2014 XC90. Although I'm no car-buying expert, they both worked with me and patiently explained every answer to my many questions. I felt no pressure to buy, and they truly took an interest in my situation. In fact, when my special-needs son refused to get in the car to test drive, Darell did everything he could to understand what I was dealing with and to make things easier for us. Dennis even personally picked me up on the other side of town when I did not have anyone else who could drive me there. Mike Albert Direct is not a sparkling, fancy dealership where their expenses must be high. Instead, it is a humble building that is hidden away, and you wouldn't even notice it unless you are looking for it. But their prices were more reasonable than everywhere else, and the people are honest, kind, and fair. I felt welcome, and I'm grateful that I had so much guidance and patience as I purchased my first car by myself.

You can very much tell that this dealership takes good care of their cars in just stepping on the lot. While the ones I test drove were a few years old, both the inside and outsides of the cars look new. I would definitely reccomend Frank, the salesman, and Scott, the manager. They were both honest, patient, and very easy to work with in the process of buying a used car.
