Bought a certified used truck from Tuck’s Trucks in July of 2024. The battery died 32 days later. Had AAA install a new one because the dealership was closed. Now, the dealership doesn’t want to honor the warranty. They won’t even send me a copy of it.

Sketchy service
7/21/23 Randy D (service manager?)sold us a used plow$3300 . 11/14/23 put plow on never used, no power at the control brought back to dealership where it was sold . Was told needs a new power cable on plow side was charged full charge . Asked Service Manager if any recourse on price ? Anything ? Nope sold as is ( broken) sketchy . I have ? The integrity of this service dept. with Randy at the helm .

Great Dealership
I bought a used truck from Tucks about a month ago and it was the best buying experience I’ve ever had. The sales team is straightforward and makes the buying process so quick and easy. I worked with Rick and Paul on the sales team and they were awesome. After I bought the truck the tonneau cover had an issue and Paul helped me out and got it right in for service and the service team was excellent as well. I wouldn’t go to any other dealership for a truck or gmc service. The Tucks team is the best!
Great Dealership

Disappointed
What a frustrating situation, I drop my truck to fix a vac system issue. By the first time to approve the job the guy told me about $750. When I show up to pick up I was astonished with $1200 bill. That’s ok, I’m happy because the truck was fixed. No I’m not. Back 2 weeks after with the same kind problem and again, to be approved bu the call he said around $500, and guest what, another $1150 bill to fix the same kind problem with different parts because by the food time they said was able to find the real problem. Really disappointed. I have couple truck but I’ll will gonna find another place to fix them and bring that place to the court to have dome money back.

Very accommodating and always Pleasant
My days are busy and I can't make it to the dealership so I wind up dropping my truck off at night and when they call me to tell me it is finished I give them my credit card information over the phone they locked my keys in the truck they are very accommodating they're always Pleasant I've been going to talk for quite a few years. My wife took my truck in for an oil change and inspection sticker because I couldn't make it and she had time. She was very pleased with her experience saying the service advisors were very pleasant in fact she didn't even go sit in the waiting area she sat and talked to them

Great hometown dealership!
Great buying experience from a smaller hometown style personable dealership. Mike in sales, Paul as Sales Manager and Paul in Service are some of the best. Highly recommend Tucks.

Great GMC dealer in Hudson!
Really impressed with these guys. Their updated building is going to be really nice too when it's done. I'm glad I found a great GMC dealer so close to Sudbury, Ma where I live.

Poor service
Over the years have had the need to bring my GMC in for service and have found Tuck's trucks service department to meet needs. Unfortunately, last week when needing to have my GMC towed in for repair in took them 3 days before they even looked at my truck. When I picked up my vehicle 6 days later I asked to speak to the service manager to express my disappointment he only added to my disappointment by indicating that I should not have expected it any sooner because it was not an scheduled appointment. In all the years I have needed to have my vehicles serviced I have never had to wait 3 days for them to begin the process. This service department is clearly not focused on the customer experience. Too bad the owner in unaware as I am sure they would be disappointed as well. They have lost my future business as I intend to go elsewhere.
