I've been ghosted every since I purchased a car that's

I've been ghosted every since I purchased a car that's been undriveabe for 6mos. Got it in August, broke down December 6th, hasn't been driven since. I've been trying to work with them, to no avail. Worst dealership and customer service I've ever experienced 😑

I purchased a vehicle a Mercedes s550 a week ago, a day after I notified dealship as well as the guy who sold me the car his name Mo. regarding my review camera not function properly as well as the backseat portal compartment door being off as well as a a button off the rear door panel missing. They assured me they was going to fix it . I have pictures as well as text messages to prove . I asked them to put it on the we owe documents but again they didn’t in wanted me to trust them in doing so ask me me to complete in secure my loan by makeing a call letting the finance loan that all of my issues were addressed that they can proceed with the loan. Now that I’ve close on it I’m have difficulty having them to make the necessary repairs. I was ask to take my car to an upholstery shop were they glued my rear jack portal door on as well as the mission button from the rear window supposed to replace in installing a new one. In wants me to have my camera fixed myself . I’ve been a loyal customer for over 15 years I’ve bought my last 3 cars from them never have I experienced such dissatisfaction intill now .

I would select no stars if I could.

I would select no stars if I could. DO NOT BUY FROM CITY AUTO. They do not take care of their cars. I was in the final steps of purchasing when an inspection was requested. INSPECTION FAILED. Oil leaks. Coolant leaks. Suspension compromised. Went to City Auto to discuss with sales rep, of course he was not there. Have yet to hear anything as of today. They are dishonest and will lie to your face. DO NOT BUY.

DO NOT BUY from City Auto! They do not inspect their cars prior to selling. Not responsive and will lie to your face about work that has been completed on said car.

I was approved through my credit union.

I was approved through my credit union. Had paperwork sent to my credit union to add extended warranty. Credit union said said it put me over loan value. I called and said I'll still buy the Jeep. I told them I'd go by credit union in morning g to pick up the check. They asked me to come by to sign paperwork the evening g before I picked up check. Couldn't get a ride there. It snowed so credit union was closed on Wednesday delayed paperwork. . Called Jimmy Pogue twice asking about the extended warranty, no response. Steven Toombs in finance worked with my brother inlaw and still wouldn't hold vehicle for me. All they had to do was call and confirm I was approved, nope! If If I had gotten a return call about the extended warranty this would not have happened. Horrible experience!

I was in consta t contact with salesman. I even spoke with another finance officer, text me info on extended warranty, gad to get him to call me becauss I had questions. I have texting proving the salesman said car was sold Thursday evening. Sent text telling him I woukd bring check by Friday morning, he text back" they bought it". The next day I get a call from salesman asking why I didnt bring by check, they were waiting . Haha, what a joke! I bought from Jim Kerss Subaru!

Good communication with customer. Helped me look for vehicle and sent me any videos or photos I needed. They had lots of good vehicles to choose from and offer a good shipping or delivery rate.

Great buying experience.

Great buying experience. Staff was friendly and helpful and did not use pressure to get me to buy a car from them. City Auto facilities, staff and inventory are much larger than I had expected. Very professional organization. Thank you City Auto.
