Horrible service job incomplete, lack of communication

Horrible service job incomplete, lack of communication they made me feel the lowest I’ve ever felt, rude and disrespectful. Especially Hector. Cal ignored my calls. I still don’t have the problem fixed, but I have a warranty and no one has called me to let me know anything about the part that was ordered. The car has a different problem every time I bring it back for oil change and I rarely drive it and no one tries to help me. I told them the problem after they diagnosed it and told me I was right they tried to keep my car overnight without giving me a loaner and told me they were closing after I told them I was on my way to get it, but when I got there, it was a problem and it was only 642pm… They didn’t even tell me about financial assistance and refuse to give me a loaner. I have two jobs and have to miss one of them because I’m not able to make it That far needing a Cadillac converter but I still have to pay my car note and Insurance

As for loaner vehicles and financial assistance, we try to offer options when they’re available, but they are based on inventory, eligibility, and warranty provider terms. We understand how important transportation is, especially with a busy schedule, and we regret if this caused any disruption for you.
