I had a fantastic experience with the folks at Crest Honda! The sales team members were knowledgeable, low pressure and easy to work with. 10/10 - highly recommended walking onto their lot and buying a car.

I purchased a used Honda civic and Solomon was great!

I purchased a used Honda civic and Solomon was great! He was very personable and helpful. It was a long process though due to being short staffed.

I purchased my car one month ago and the entire engine

I purchased my car one month ago and the entire engine cradle is loose and damaging the suspension struts and shocks. I BROUGHT THE CAR ONE MONTH AGO AND I AM NOW QUOTED $3000 TO FIX IT. The 2 mechanics i took it to told me THERE IS NO WAY THIS COULD HAVE HAPPENED IN A MONTH, THE BUSHINGS ARE SO WORN OUT IT IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR IT TO HAVE HAPPENED IN SUCH A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME. I FEEL TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF AND ABUSED AS A YOUNG FEMALE PURCHASING A CAR ON MY OWN.

I recently spent a day car shopping, and unfortunately,

I recently spent a day car shopping, and unfortunately, my experience at Crest Honda in Nashville was quite disappointing. After initially deciding on the 2025 Honda Pilot, I was torn between the Pilot EX-L and Pilot Touring models, primarily based on overall affordability. After receiving a competitive offer from Honda of Murfreesboro, I noticed that Crest Honda had several options listed at thousands less. Eager to explore these possibilities, I reached out through their website chat and received a prompt response indicating that they had a good inventory available. Despite inclement weather, including a tornado watch, I was committed to checking out the deals. Upon arriving around 5:45 PM, we were greeted by salesman Solomon Sims, who assured us he would pull up the vehicles. I mentioned that I had already test-driven one of the models at another dealership and just wanted to run the numbers. After a lengthy wait, Solomon returned with a Pilot Touring, but I reiterated that I was interested in running the numbers for the models I had seen online. To my surprise, Solomon asked for my driver’s license and insurance card, which seemed unnecessary at this stage. The evaluation of my trade-in was disappointing, coming in $5,000 less than the offer from Honda of Murfreesboro. After negotiations, the payment figures provided were significantly higher than what I had received elsewhere, and the price of the vehicle was more than advertised online. After several rounds of discussions, I requested to see the Pilot EX-L in person. Solomon left to retrieve it, only to return with the disappointing news that they did not have it in stock, despite earlier assurances that they had multiple options available. By this time, it was 8:07 PM, and we had been at the dealership for over two hours, ultimately leaving with nothing. This was, without a doubt, the worst dealership experience I've ever encountered. As a former HR Manager at a dealership, I understand the importance of customer service and communication, and it was clear that this dealership could benefit from better training and coaching for their staff. Ultimately, I took my business elsewhere and purchased the 2025 Pilot EX-L from a different dealership the very next day. I would not recommend Crest Honda based on my experience.

The sales process was way too long.

The sales process was way too long. We had to wait 1.5 hours to pay for the car because they wanted to try to sell us a number of upgrades which I was not interested in.

My salesman and finance guy were absolutely top notch!

My salesman and finance guy were absolutely top notch!!!! I let Monte and Ramon know that I need to get to the bottom line very quickly and that I?m not really easy for most people to deal with. We came to terms in a half hour and I drove out of the parking lot shortly after. They made what could have been a yelling match into a cordial and pleasurable experience. They should both get an award.
