Used 2014 GMC Sierra Purchase & Servicing

The sales group is/was very professional for our whole purchase experience. Very tight though on haggling with the price, bu we did get a very nice truck. Two weeks after the purchase, the A/C compressor seized with a blood curdling screech and the smell of burning rubber (drive belt burning). This was a Saturday afternoon, so we did what we could to keep the vehicle usable for the weekend. We got a service spot on Tuesday. Within two hours, they had replaced the compressor and drive belt, at no charge to us. We were very happy and satisfied with the work they did, and with the speed they got it done. We thought we would have to bring it back, but they took care of it that day. The only improvement I might give is that waiting people should get an update on what is being done, and how long the wait would be. I dropped the truck off at two, went into the waiting room and didn't know anything until the truck was returned to me. Just a quick status update would have been nice.Other than that, a pleasant service experience.

Bought Multiple Vehicles From Williams

Have bought two vehicles from Williams used cars/trucks in Elkton. Salesman are usually friendly, but will normally shoot straight. They will usually haggle price with you, but this can be annoying because they have to "check with the manager". Overall my vehicals have been good and havent had a negative experience. Will probably buy again

Used truck purchase

Salesman very personable. Truck appeared to be as advertised. Test drive went well. Final paperwork took time. This was a cash purchase and I felt it took a long time to complete the transaction. It has only been 1 week since the purchase so can't say much more. I would recommend our salesman.

I tried to inquire about a vehicle online and never got a response at all, no phone call or email follow up so no I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone at this time.

I'm so sorry that we were unable to respond to you. I do know we were having issues at some point with receiving leads from Cars.com, but that has since been fixed. Again sorry for that

Just want to sale cars in africa. For the bigening is not so eeasy but hope do better the car are so expensif.looking for the user one

Review on Williams Family Automotive

I went and visited Williams and walked away with a 2014 Ford Escape. My salesperson, Bill Bowe was wonderful and did all he could to get me the best offer possible. He was very personable and helpful in helping getting my car. I will recommend Williams and Bill Bowe to all my friends who are looking for a car!!!

still a car dealer but pretty fair

i have purchased about 9 new and used vehicles in the past 10 years, they all do the same deal at the beginning with this is a low price and very reasonable, we cant really go much lower, and after many back and forth exchanges you finally come to a deal. i have gotten pretty good with the process, and went in pretty confident, but these guys actually made it fairly easy. it started with the usual, but i went in knowing what a fair price was for both parties and without going back and forth too much, they straight agreed to my asking price 3k below their asking. i really appreciated this and feel great about my used car purchase. bottom line, do your research before hand, and know what is a reasonable price all around, and be realistic, you wont pay what they bought it for, but there is a sweet spot for all parties, if you do this, it seems like they are willing to do what they have to to get it done. they have so far won my business the next time. just purchased the vehicle, so we will see how it goes from here.

Used Truck Buying Process

Evan Williams is a friendly, outgoing person who does not use pressure tactics in trying to make a sale. He was very knowledgeable of the vehicles in their used car inventory. The Used Car Manager, Chuck Bolger, was also very knowledgeable and easy to deal with.
