This is my 4th lease with Cutter - and I come back for a

This is my 4th lease with Cutter - and I come back for a reason. Josiah did a great job- no xx, no hype, professional and really showed me the value of the latest Grand Cherokee. A serious pro at it and ask for him when you go in. Micah - his sales mgr taught me something about leases I never knew - and this is like the 10th lease I've had in my life - so I appreciate the level of transparency that required for him to teach me that. ( Ask him to teach you something about leases you probably don't know.) It was great to see Riese promoted to Fin Mgr - I remember when he was driving a desk in the corner helping out a former Fin Mgr - congrats on his promo. And Blake with hospitality in the showroom - just all around a great experience. I'm probably not an easy customer and def no shoe-in on renewal, but everybody came at me straight and honest and I always walk away glad I did it. Leases just make so much sense. Got a great rebate, too. So - yeah, Recommend highly. Thanks to everyone for the help.

This was my first time buying a new vehicle off a

This was my first time buying a new vehicle off a dealership lot. I was a little nervous just cause I know how dealerships can take advantage of people to make money off of the clients. I can say that I didn’t get that here from my good friend Micah and his salesman Tyler. When Tyler was helping us it was like I was hanging out with my boys when it came to helping us feel comfortable through the process. Riese the finance manager also did a really good job in just taking care of me and my wife and really educating us more so then trying to tack on more expenses. He as well made the process easy by having us feel like we are chatting with a close friend. We told them we’re trying to start a family so we need a full size truck and our budget and they went above and beyond when it comes to the price to accommodating biggest want for space. Micah, Tyler, Riese would recommend working with these guys over here. I also wanted to add that the whole process was going for awhile and I was getting thirsty and Tyler offered to get me a drink and so that went over the top and made me want to work with him more!

Took my truck for service for the last 5 years.

Took my truck for service for the last 5 years. The price is right and since my warranty is up i still have them do my oil change. I can do my own service since i owned a gas station but for the price makes sense to let them service my truck and save me the hassle. There was one problem that i felt was sloppy work and my reason for a 4 star rating. I have an oem cold air intake system and whoever serviced my truck didn’t bother to put back the gasket that surrounds the cover. The gasket was just hanging. It does come off when you take the cover but you would think the owner would check. I am a car guy who keeps his truck clean all the time. Jus carelessness.

My car wouldn't start, so I suspected the battery.

My car wouldn't start, so I suspected the battery. I took the initiative to remove it and had it tested for free at O'Reilly Auto Parts. The result was a clear "bad battery/doesn't hold a charge." Since the battery was still under the three-year Mopar warranty, and Cutter of Honolulu had installed it two years prior, I took the dead battery directly to them. They have records of installing it, including the battery's information. They refused to honor the warranty unless the battery was physically attached to my car. Their insistence that I tow the car there, at my expense, seemed like a blatant attempt to get my car into their shop so they could find other things to charge me for. They claimed they couldn't verify it was the same battery they installed, which is strange because the numbers on the battery and all, match their records. They installed it. The service representative, Brian, was rude and dismissive. When my wife initially talked to him on the phone, he seemed irritated when asked simple questions about their battery exchange process. When I went in with just the battery, he seemed frustrated that I brought the battery to them. He actually pointed at me and said "the car needs to be towed here, at your expense," as if he was enjoying my predicament. All I wanted was a simple battery exchange, which is what should have happened. He said, "That's not how the warranty works," but that's exactly how it should work. After further research, calling and emailing other Cutter and Jeep Service Centers on Oahu, this is what was told to me: "The Mopar battery warranty does cover towing your vehicle to the nearest Jeep dealer for repairs related to a parts warranty. You can call Jeep roadside assistance at 800-521-2779 and give them your vehicle information and they will tow the vehicle to us." Brian never mentioned this. The main reason I didn't want to tow the car to them was because of the towing expense and I made this clear. He even pointed to me and said, "You need to tow the vehicle here, at YOUR expense", as if he was getting satisfaction from my dilemma. Their refusal to inform me of the Jeep's roadside assistance, makes me think they aren't interested in helping their customers. Avoid Cutter Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Honolulu. Their business practices are shady, and they clearly don't care about their customers.

Purchased and serviced multiple cars there.

Purchased and serviced multiple cars there. Unlike most other dealers in Honolulu, they were very helpful and easy to work with. Special thanks to Danny and Ashley.
