I had awesome customer service from my salesman, Chance. The vehicle I was interested in was at another Cutter dealership, but Chance took my wife and I out there to check it out. The vehicle’s TPMS was faulty, and the service dept. replaced it immediately. I’m knocking my rating down a star because I was told there wasn’t a spare key until after I took delivery of the vehicle, and my vehicle was missing one of the rear all-weather floormats. Also, the dealership misspelled our insurance agent’s email multiple times, which kept us at the dealership HOURS longer than we needed to be there. Mahalo Chance!
