Our expectations were quite high after having owned the same quality vehicle for the last 19 years. It was time for a change, but oh the choices! Countless hours of online searching, emails, Saturdays at select dealerships and what an education! I have to say that our experience with Ed Napleton Porsche was the most positive from start to finish. Our online search connected us with Eric Hargrove who was most professional and responsive. We then visited the new dealership where we worked with Scott Hall who was patient, knowledgeable and extremely helpful in answering our many questions - helping us to make informed decisions and ultimately a final selection. My wife and I are extremely excited to own a new Cayenne and also for the warm welcome we have received from the Ed Napleton Porsche family.

This is the second vehicle my wife and I have purchased from Baker Heflin. Baker was exceptional throughout the entire process. He did an excellent job of communicating with me throughout the build process up through the arrival of our car at the dealership. Wow. This dealership is first class. The minute you walk in it is apparent that much thought went into creating the experience. The representatives are knowledgeable and easy to work with. Vicktor (salesperson) & Eric (general sales manager) were exceptional, professional and so down to earth and knew the car inside out. Vicktor was fantastic. Viktor took the time to explain every nook & cranny of the car until I felt comfortable. Viktor was so knowledgeable about the car explained everything in detail. No pressure a very relaxed environment with lots of goodies. Viktor & Eric were so patient with me and believe me I am a nervous nellie there was no pressure. They both shared in my excitement of buying my first Porsche. Made my dream a reality. Jessica was also very helpful in explaining the financial and maintenance programs. Very easy to work with. 🤣🤣🤣
