Quick was no hassle

My vehicle had a minor recall I called Monday was scheduled Thursday right after work. They told me it would take an hour it was more like 1/2 an hour!

Amazing!!

What an amazing dealership! Eric was amazing and very knowledgeable about all the different models. I was thrilled with my purchase. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing a new car!

I made three appointments and all appointments were cancelle

I had three appointments and all were cancelled. My sunroof still does not work. They did not know that there was a back order part when I scheduled my appointment.

Quick and courteous brake service

I live at the Jersey Shore and work in Northeast Philly. I had an urgent need for a brake job on my Buick Enclave, and I didn’t trust a Jiffy-type shop to do it right. The nearest GM dealer to my office couldn’t take my appointment for several days, and O’Neil was the next closest. It was easy to make the appointment online, you did the job quickly and got me back in the road. The check-in and cashier processes were efficient and friendly. I’d definitely use you again and recommend your Service Dept to friends. Nice job!!

Paid for oil change/ tire rotation and tires not rotated

I have had a slow leak in my front drivers side tire since I purchased the car. It was a slow leak requiring air refill every 2 weeks or so. Had 2 rotations since. Leaking tire went from front drivers side to back drivers side then back to front drivers side. Brought vehicle in for oil change and tire rotation package. Again an attempt at plugging tire was attempted I assume as listed on work order. Now tire is requiring air every 24 hours. Rotation does not seem to have been performed because the leaking tire is front drivers side as it was when I brought the vehicle in for service. The car came out of service worse than when it was brought in requiring air refill literally every day. I can’t imagine a tire rotation where the tire remains in the same spot despite charging the customer for service

Only problem my wheel lock was not given back to me on my prior tire rotation l discovered it when l had to have my car inspected
