I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Century West BMW

I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Century West BMW through salesperson Fabie Dashti. Before completing the purchase, he acknowledged an existing problem with the car and clearly promised that the dealership would repair it. Unfortunately, that promise has not been honored. Since the purchase, I have contacted him multiple times by text and email (including on August 4, 2025) but received no proper response. After several follow-ups, I was told only that “the person in charge is not available” and that I “might have to bring the car in,” without any clear resolution. This shows a lack of accountability and professionalism. At this point, I no longer trust this dealership to handle the repair. I have requested that the cost of repair be covered directly at a Tesla authorized service center, since this is the only fair solution. A dealership of BMW’s reputation should not treat customers this way—ignoring messages, delaying responsibility, and failing to fulfill commitments made at the point of sale. I strongly caution other customers to be extremely careful when dealing with Century West BMW and with salesperson Fabie Dashti. Promises must be kept, and customers deserve honesty and respect.

I recently bought a car here and the sales representative

I recently bought a car here and the sales representative Mr. Fabie went above and beyond. He was friendly, empathetic, and knowledgeable. He listened to my concerns, provided us all the information and details about the car we need to make the purchase smooth. If you're looking for a person that truly cares about its customers, look no further than Fabie. He is the best I've ever interacted with!

Alejandro Rodriguez (Client advisor) and Used car sales

Alejandro Rodriguez (Client advisor) and Used car sales manager Sal were deceptive in the agreed upon terms for the purchase details of my BMW CPO $50K+ vehicle I purchased from Century West BMW. The terms of the sale were clear and agreed upon. The method of shipping paid for was via enclosed / covered shipping. I was quoted 2 different prices for covered vs open bed truck shipping to my home. I chose the more expensive option of enclosed / covered transport and learned just at the time of shipping that instead an open bed truck was transporting the vehicle; not what i had paid for. I assumed the dealership what make good on the extra paid amount and would refund the difference between the covered / enclosed shipping and the open bed shipping method. I was incorrect. Most of my calls to various staff at Century West dealership went unreturned. A refund check i received approx 6 weeks after my purchase was less than the difference between the 2 types of shipping. It took calls to BMW USA to receive some form of a response from the dealership. Despite this, Century West has indicated they consider this matter resolved and will not be refunding me the total amount due for the difference in the shipping methods. I would steer clear of this dealership in light of their unprofessional business practices.

I recently had my 20k oil change done at Century West BMW

I recently had my 20k oil change done at Century West BMW and was very pleased with the entire experience. I called ahead to schedule an appointment and chose an early morning time—7:40 AM—so my car would be ready by lunchtime. My service advisor, Tom, was efficient, friendly, and made the check-in process seamless. Since my service would only take a few hours, Century West BMW provided an Uber ride instead of a loaner, which was super convenient. There were no surprises, the process was smooth, and the service itself was completed efficiently. On top of that, my car got a much-needed rinse after all the recent rain—an unexpected but appreciated bonus! Everything was wrapped up and my car was ready before 10:30 AM. I’ll definitely be returning for future service and would recommend Century West BMW to anyone looking for a professional and hassle-free experience.

The service department was highly organized, efficient,

The service department was highly organized, efficient, and courteous. I had no problems whatsoever! They got me in quickly and dealt directly with my insurance company for the repairs. They kept me posted throughout the entire process.

I have a customer of this dealership for about 30 years,

I have a customer of this dealership for about 30 years, and it has declined in my opinion. They charge for paying with a credit card, and I just brought my car in for a service, and making an appointment was an adventure, and not a good one. I’m thinking on going to another dealership. The only thing that’d was good was my Service agent Doug!
