Fair Price, Great Experience

Roberts employees were kind, knowledgeable, and personable. They didn?t come on strong with sales tactics. The price they advertise for a vehicle is the price they sell it. Unlike other dealerships that add $4K in additions whether or not you want them. Very pleased with Roberts. I?ll be sending all my friends and family their way.

Impressive Service

I was surprised how quickly we received our new truck. Backorders were taking a while so was very pleased at the speed to get it. Paperwork signing was dealt with quickly. I was very impressed at the trade-in offer. Our family's third vehicle purchased at Roberts Chevrolet.

Was talking with Holly about a car . After hours of back...

Was talking with Holly about a car . After hours of back and forth gave her my info to run credit to finalize then she kept telling me waiting on finance to get all together . End of day no reply I contacted dealer to be told they had no finance guy at the moment just someone cover and another salesperson just sold car. Very unprofessional and a credit dispute for no reason.

2016 Chevrolet Silverado...Safety Recall

Took my pickup in for vacuum pump malfunction factory RECALL...I could've repaired this easy fix at home from amazon for $130 with the vacuum line, but service department said they would fix at a low price because it was a "Factory RECALL"...after a $139 towing fee and $530 in repair for a $100 item, burns me up. I'm old enough to know these people are thieves and should've listened to my gut feeling.

WOW! This dealership is unlike the many others I have...

WOW! This dealership is unlike the many others I have had to go to after my car was stolen. I CANNOT BELIEVE how kind, helpful, honest, they were here. They made sure the car I was buying used was perfect, and they worked as a team after I called first thing in morning to buy it. We had test driven it the night before with salesman Matt and then woke up and called saying we wanted to buy it but my car salesman was off. Matt was very nice and NOT pushy. After he knew we weren't going to buy that night he still continued to chat with us and give great advice on car buying in general. The sales manager Bruce assured me they worked as a team and that Matt would get commission for it-- the sales manager and finance manager Tyler were beyond assuring during a high anxiety time. Tyler took care of a scratch in the plastic and the chip in the windshield for free, and you cannot tell either were there. Sitting through an hour of paperwork signing would've sucked and most finance managers are jerks but Tyler was kind and very knowledgeable about finance and cars in general. Side note They do not haggle but if you have been car shopping most places don't any more. They believe in coming forth with their best price and then the financier shops for the best loan for you. If you tell them your monthly goal they will make sure you meet that. They really made the car buying experience friendly and hometown feeling. It totally didn't suck at all. They even delivered my car to me since I would not have a ride to go get it. I will be checking there first for our next car. If you're tired of the big dealerships where you're just a number, this is the place to start.

My experience of having Kerry for my sales person was 10+++. He was much more like a consultant, always working to get the vehicle I desired in the color, the features, and at a price I could afford (even when I made last minute changes -his answer `we will make it happen?. This is the 3rd car we have purchased from this dealership in the last 4 years. Kerry will definitely keep us coming back. He answered all my questions and always with a smile even if I had ask it 3x before. With our other vehicles, I have always used Roberts at Platte ity and will continue. We got what we wanted most.

We got the best service from Roberts Chevrolet Buick. We first went in looking for an Enclave and realized the Encore was our best option. They saved us a ton of money and got us the exact car we wanted immediately.
