    Feb 4 2012 I bought a Mazda 5 door 'tour' I was greeted by Kathy M and Mychal who helped me thru out the process. I felt so comfortable with them and they found exactly the car I wanted! Thanks to Adam I got a great trade in value for my Mazda Tribute and he was able to get me a lower interest rate. Steve, the finance manager, made the paperwork process simple and explained all the details. This is by far the BEST dealership in town and I'm coming back in June to buy another Mazda for my son who is graduating college! A big thanks to everyone @ Ron Tonkin Mazda for their help and when I didn't think things could get any better I was privileged to deal with the service manager who was awesome! Nice people....

    I walked into Ron Tonkin Mazda, ready for a (verbal) fight. I was really angry with a service/parts-related situation where I felt I was wronged. Being the cynic that I am, I figured I'd get the "run around" by a series of salesmen and "yes men" who would pass me on from person to person, never solving my problem (I've had that kind of situation with other dealerships in the past). I have to admit, the exact opposite was the case. As soon as the dealership was made aware of my grievance, I was quickly taken directly to Adam Johnson, who is the highest-ranking staff member at the dealership. Admittedly, I was surprised that I'd have the opportunity to speak to the highest-ranking staff member. Adam patiently listened to my *very angry* grievance. I thought he did a great job of understanding my perspective and my point of view. Not only was Adam patient and understanding, he immediately put a plan in action to resolve my issue. I was put in contact with Parts Manager Ron Miller, who has worked hard to take care of my issue. Mistakes in business happen; that's inevitable. As a small business owner, I know first-hand that mistakes are always going to happen. I measure a company NOT by their mistakes, but how they respond to mistakes. And I have to say that Adam Johnson, Ron Miller, and Ron Tonkin Mazda handled this situation perfectly. Adam's efforts prove to me that this is an A+ service company, and I'll gladly recommend them to anyone who is looking to purchase a car. They've earned a customer for life.

    I previously purchased a used car from this dealership. More than a year after purchase, I had an issue with my vehicle. The person who sold me the car no longer works there. The sales department referred me to Michael Kasper. My issue was a customer-service issue, meaning that Michael was going to make no commissionable income on working with me. In fact, taking care of my issue was going to take him off the sales floor, thus inhibiting his ability to sell (and make money). Michael couldn't have been more understanding and accommodating. Over the course of two days, Michael worked very hard to resolve my issue. Again; he had no financial incentive to help me. He was honest, genuine, and made sure I was taken care of. I strongly recommend Michael to anyone who is looking for old-fashioned, honest customer service. As we all know, that kind of service has gone the way of the dinosaurs. I would be happy to purchase a future car from Michael. A+.
