If I could give this place 0 stars, I would.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Drove all the way there for a scheduled appt only to find out that the person I had been communicating with all week about the vehicle wasn’t there and neither was the vehicle. There only solution was to “buy a more expensive vehicle and drag out the terms”. No regard for the fact they wasted my time. James was of absolutely no help and had a bad attitude as if I was inconveniencing him instead of vice versa. The owners son was completely rude and made 0 effort to rectify the situation by telling me, “we have around 300 other vehicles here. It happens”. Save your self the time and annoyance and go deal with some real sales professionals elsewhere.

Hi Chanelle, we do understand there was a misunderstanding here. Our Sales Manager, Kim, saw that the vehicle you inquired on was in our inventory. While it was in our inventory, she did not see that it was going to wholesale because it had structural damage. So while yes, it was something we had taken in on trade, it was not something we were willing to sell at retail to anyone out of transparency and safety for our customers. When that information was discovered, you were already in store, at which point, we explained the situation and offered alternatives. We are sorry if that offended you, but when we realized we couldn't sell the car, we at least tried to show you other options as we do have over 400 used vehicles in stock. No on was trying to pull a fast one on you, it was simply a mistake.

Only wish I could rate United Auto Sales with six stars!

Only wish I could rate United Auto Sales with six stars! We were treated like royalty. Can't say enough good things about them. Selection of preowned vehicles was great. Believe it or not, we decided on purchasing two vehicles from United Auto in one week! I highly recommend this dealership.

Sold me a vehicle with bad rear end and carrier bearing.

Sold me a vehicle with bad rear end and carrier bearing. I tried to get replaced under warranty and Tommy Pietruszka lied to my face saying I didn't know what I was talking about. 4 days after warranty up it went cost me $2700 parts and labor. Shouldn't went back. But I did then bought a vehicle with no catalytic converters next. Tried to get it fixed same thing Tommy lied to me wouldn't warranty it. Not legal to sell a vehicle without catalytic converter. Last vehicle I bought was the only good one they sold me but I looked it over good plus the only one they gave me a tank of gas. The other two barely had enough fuel to get to gas station. Oh yeah first one they said they do a oil change for me never did. I'm going to look if ya say ya gonna do it. I will not waste my time there anymore. The only good guy I met there was David Wright. He was good at get reasonable deal.

This is my second vehicle from United.

This is my second vehicle from United. My visit today was at Service for my first oil change, my free oil change. I told Dennis yesterday, my salesman for both purchases. I love both vehicles I have purchased. The selection of vehicles is awesome, and the service dept were amazing. Highly recommendI

One week ago I was greeted by the Owner of United Auto. It was as if we were old friends. He then hooked me up with the most fantastic Sales Rep Maria. She was very professional, friendly & she made me feel as if I was part of the family. She made the car buying process seem easy & stress free. I definitely would recommend family & friends to buy from United Auto Sales.

Maria is the best!

Hyundai Santa Fe

Everything went well until the credit process. I have excellent credit and expected to get a great rate. However the finance person saw on my application the last bank I financed through and just went with them . Their interest rates were way higher than I could of got at another bank. I called him out on it and he got me a rate that was almost 1/2 of the first bank. Plus he was supposed to give me my money back that I put down to hold the vehicle but he wrote it into the loan. Other than the negative experience with him, everything else went smoothly. The salesman was very helpful.
