The experience started out okay, but it went bad. We originally signed a contract to lease a NEW 2018 Yukon Denali on a Friday night. The next day we noticed... the paint was chipping. We contacted them and they seemed reluctant to take care of the issue. We went in on Monday to have the vehicle detailed and the gas tank filled. They stated there were some issues with finance, but would not give us any further information. We let them know we would like our trade-in back. We assured them we still wanted the NEW 2018 Yukon Denali, but had decided not to trade in our vehicle after all. The saleswoman, Sandra claimed that the deal could not be undone and that the trade in had already been paid off, which we knew was a boldface lie. We said fine, we didn't push the issue and asked for a loaner so we could leave the NEW 2018 Yukon Denali to be repaired. They refused, stating that they had to make an appointment. This was a major inconvenience because we live about an hour away. So they were asking we come back at a later date to have this issue fixed. Sandra stated she would call Tuesday to schedule the repairs. We never heard from her. My husband reached out to her Tuesday and Wednesday. She finally responded and asked we go in to speak with finance. We let her know we were not available and asked what the issue was about. She still refused to inform us of the issue. I contacted finance and wasn't able to speak to anyone. I left a message and my call was never returned. We finally returned to the dealership the following Tuesday. They informed us that the bank didn't approve the lease, but stated that we were approved for purchase of the vehicle. That was not an issue for us. The main issue for us was the way they handled the situation. They didn't keep us informed of the issue from the beginning. They also neglected our concerns for the chipped paint. We informed them that we didn't want to proceed with the purchase. We asked for our money down back and Sandra proceeded to lie again and say that "payroll" would have to write us a check and payroll administration was gone for the day. I then asked finance for a refund of our down payment and they swiped my card and returned my funds instantly. They have poor customer service and communication skills. Sandra was the worst. She lied to us several times and the fact that she would attempt to deceive and take advantage of customers is appalling. Luckily, we were not stupid enough to believe her lies, but I'm sure there are others out there that will. Had they been honest from the beginning we may have purchased the vehicle, but I refuse to be bullied or deceived into any contract.

All good, great waiting room right next to bay. One thing is the channel on tv, it sucked. Nasty adult cartoons, who picks these? Try a channel like discovery... or just news.

The dealership team was great, except I had to call every 3-5 days for an update, yet I have to go and return the loaner every 3 days for the 6 weeks it... took to repair my 1 year old vehicle. My service advisor was rarely available because he was so over saturated with tasks. I called in the morning to pick up a loaner at a specific time in the afternoon, yet when I arrived it took over an hour to receive the vehicle because "it was being refueled."

Called in at the last minute to get state inspection and oil change and lube. I was scheduled promptly and everything was done and completed on time to... meet my tight schedule including wash.

Took my car to get my air conditioner fixed and I was waiting for more then 6 hours wondering what the outcome was I had to rent a car just bc I don’t... live in town and they ended up not being able to fix anything bc a part still has to be ordered I am not happy with the Service I received it was bad customer service I just kept getting the run around and had to call several times . Definitely only went bc I still have warranty and it needs to be fixed
