Lexus of Orlando
Once we purchased our new Lexus we were just a faint memory in this dealers eyes. This dealership was unresponsive to our fact based complaints yet Lexus did respond and gave us a $500.00 credit for future maintenance. The vehicle was purchased new in March 2014 and our complaints were made in June 2014 to the Rep. named Henry. There were several phone calls and a letted to date no response from Lexus of Orlando.

In reading all of the reviews I was amazed at how many buyers were disappointed in Lexus of Orlando. I want a Lexus but I don't need the hassle that these people are getting. I guess I will have to look else where.

It is unfortunate you have this impression of Lexus of Orlando based on a very small quantity out of thousands of Lexus Guests. Very dishonest.
I was surprised at the dishonesty of this dealer being a Lexus dealer. Do not go to this location as they will give you wrong info every time you go in or call. The sales people will take everything personally.

Kenny is the reason I buy from Lexus of Orlando
I have purchased three cars from Lexus of Orlando..Thankfully, my initial purchase was a result of working with Kenny. I subsequently bought a new 2012 RX350, and just recently added a new 2014 ES350. All were from Kenny. He is honest, knowledgeable and will always go to great lengths to please the customer. I love the Lexus models, but doubt I would do business with Lexus of Orlando without interfacing with Kenny. The Service and Finance departments have a ways to go before they provide the quality I expect from Lexus. Additionally, the trade in values they offer are ridiculously low. I wanted to buy a new 2015 RX350, but my 2012 RX350 with less than 14K immaculate miles is not worth very much in their estimation. However, judging from the volume of cars they sell, they are doing something right ! I expect they simply do not have to aggressively pursue trade-ins. Good for them , but low ball trade offers signal a bit of distrust to me. To be fair,,, they have been very good at correcting any concerns I brought to their attention. The problem is those concerns should have never occurred. I would, and have recommended this dealership to others. but only if they interface with Kenny.

Excellent Customer Service
My husband and I stopped by Lexus Of Orlando to buy a vehicle we came all the way from Cocoa Beach. We did not have an appointment. First of all, we were greeted by Joel Bandena. Excellent sales person. We were very impressed by his knowledge and professionalism. No pressure no hassle. It was an easy and pleasant experience. The service we received was excellent and Joel made the experience a good one. Also, we enjoyed the relaxing lounge that you provide. We were greeted by Rachel Craig. Rachel is friendly, attentive, and professional. Rachel and Joel is an asset to your company.

Lack of Integrity in Sales Management
Integrity in the sales process is not their strongest quality. While I take ownership for trusting them, I did think that the leadership of Lexus of Orlando was above the lack of integrity found at other dealerships. Sadly, there are some GREAT people that work there but the dishonesty of others is troubling. I just bought my 2nd, and last car from Lexus of Orlando. I love the Lexus brand however in the future, I'll take my business to a different dealership. One where the sales manager doesn't tell you out right lies to your face. I've been even further disappointed by the dealership's lack of trying to make it right. They've asked me how they can make it right, however my expectation is that they bring the solution to the table. Come on Lexus of Orlando, I sincerely thought you were better than this.

Insulting trade-in value
The good: The showroom was beautiful and they were able to pull cars in to a large indoor space to keep you out of the heat and/or rain. No dealer fees. The bad: Our salesperson was friendly and fair, but made many mistakes with assessing the value on our trade-in. The car type was wrong, and they used a mileage estimate that was almost double the actual odometer reading. The ugly: The sales manager was rude. He made it seem like we were wasting his time since we were only there to purchase a used vehicle. They would not negotiate on the sticker price of the used vehicle. They offered us an insultingly low price on our trade-in - almost $2500 less than Kelley Blue Book or Black Book value. We expected to haggle, but after driving 2 hours to get there, we expected they would work with us at least a little. We walked in ready to buy a car and were even willing to pay the car's sticker price, but they were so far off base with their trade valuation that we weren't willing to stick around.

Dishonest
My last 4 Lexus' were from Woodfield Lexus in Schaumburg, Il. Woodfield Lexus is a superior dealership - both honest and fair- and very easy to deal with. We assumed we would receive the same kind of excellence from Lexus of Orlando. We were sadly mistaken. The dealership is not honest. The promise of a $50 gift certificate for taking a test drive did no materialize ( although I called them several times about it). The trade-in deal was less than poor and way off-base. How would service be if we can't trust the dealership? Although we hoped to purchase a Lexus again, we will not do so at Lexus of Orlando. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

New purchase and Repairs
I recently had the opportunity to purchase a new Lexus RX at this dealership. The experience was quite good overall. I was particularly impressed with the sales representative Robert Calupca. In addition, I had my older Lexus serviced and was very pleased by the knowledge and attention provided me by their service manager Jeff Moler. He understands the product and is dedicated to having it repaired correctly.
