Great Service!

Our vehicle broke down Friday afternoon. Service Writer Shane Schenker was able to get our vehicle towed to the dealership that day and was able to squeeze us in on Saturday for diagnostic test. Not only did they quickly find the problem they were able to repair it as well as change the oil. All this on a Saturday with no appointment. Great customer service!

Helped me to move on👍🏼

Okay good service

First time I brought my car for interior detail, it looked like my seats weren't shampooed. Although I had to bring it in twice I'm rating 4 because the guy took care of it professionally the next morning after i informed him about it. friendly service.

Want you to go shop at their dealer

Text them about a sienna van, brooke said it's sold. 20 min later mike called me and said the sienna still available. Text brooke and brooke told me that mike can help me. I went to check and mike said it's sold. It's not honest so o won't do business with them.

Routine oil change

My routine oil change was conducted in a very timely manner and with precision. The service rep (I think his name was Steve) was very courteous and professional; a great ambassador for Chevrolet of South Anchorage.

No one has time.

Come back tomorrow! Come back in the AM! The valley can service your truck so you don't have to drive in... the valley is booked. So I came back 5 times.

Fast service!

Took my car in because it was doing some horrible things and making noises that it really shouldn't have. They hook it up to the machine and a diagnosis was made right there two minutes after it was brought in, of course they look for more things wrong went it went back in. They called me and told me their findings the next day and asked if I wanted to proceed, I said yes, and they had it done that night!!

Misinformation at closing

Purchased new 2015 Silverado and since I was planning on keeping the vehicle, I purchase the extended warranty and extended oil change plans. My plans changed and I sold the vehicle at the two year point. I went to the dealer to cancel the extended plans in May 2017. As of 29 Aug I have not received the total refunds. I have been trying to get them to provide a refund to me for the last two months. When I pressed the finance office, they refused to take or return my call. I found out today that since I owned the vehicle for the two year period I was NOT receiving a full refund, even though the extended warranty/oil change plan were to start after the initial warranty this is not the case with South Anchorage Chev. They explained that even with the standard Chevrolet warranty/oil change plan they will start using the extended warranty plan and charge the policy, therefore I was not entitled to a full refund. Please be aware of the misinformation that they give when they pressure you into the extended plans.

Great Customer service and the vehicle is beautiful

Jerry made sure we didn't leave w/o a car that we were happy with. Passed us to Bobby Canalas who in our humble opinion gave the best customer service. Isn't it about the customer service? Communication is key. I do think that communicating that the pass off from Jerry to Bobby is a permanent pass, was not exactly clear to us, the customer however. We did not understand why Jerry did not check back in with us after the pass off. We thought there was a problem with us. In addition, it got awkward because we came from Dodge and the Dodge salesman REALLY wanted us to come back before signing. It was a rough go, but ultimately worked out for all involved, especially Bobby. Thank you Bobby for being there to make this experience so pleasant. We will see you again.
