I am generally not a huge fan of dealership service
I am generally not a huge fan of dealership service departments, but Campus Ford is one is the exceptions. I pulled in without an appointment last week because I was two hours from home when every bell, light, and gauge in my F350 started going haywire. I was traveling with my two small dogs and when I explained the situation, they welcomed us all into the waiting area and immediately jumped in to diagnose the problem. The dogs and I ended up needing to overnight at a local hotel, but we were back at Campus Ford at 7:30 am the next morning and they had us on the road by noon after repairing the numerous wires that rodents had chewed through. It was highly recommend the service department at Campus Ford.

I regret taking my F150 her to get repaired.
I regret taking my F150 her to get repaired. Let me start with where they finished: Unremovable fingerprints on my light colored headliner. Replacing the sun visors backwards!!!??? (only way to fix is to start taking down the headliner) Replacing a sunroof at 4000.00 only to have it leak air horribly and drip water when it rains. Back to the beginning: Rude service manager, incredibly inaccurate scheduling, make customers feel like they are an inconvenience and not important. If I could give ZERO stars, I WOULD!
