GREAT customer service
I purchased a 2018 gmc terrain from this dealership, and I absolutely love it! The experience i had with the sales rep by the name of Michael Koltz was nothing but great. He was easy to work with and very attentive to my needs. Definitely would purchase another vehicle here!

the service department is not any good. they are very slow and cannot keep your schedule on time. had a scheduled appt last year after waiting 1 hr. past time all they could say was we are busy. this year cannot schedule app untill 1 month after inspection due will not go back.

I was a little nervous looking at cars but once I stepped in the door, Elias was very helpful, made me feel comfortable and did everything he could to help me purchase a vehicle. While I was signing the papers for my new car, there were two people looking at it! He was simply fantastic! Even though there is a small crack in the windshield, they did everything they could to apologize to me and fix it!! A++++ Team !!! As was the Finance Office. This one star review has a reason behind it, sales Director Timothy Randlett is the rudest person I have ever spoke to on the phone! I called with a question about the difference in my credit score from them versus my bank. Halfway into the conversation he is yelling and swearing at me. When I told him I was a fairly intelligent man he said I’m talking to you I highly doubt that! Who calls a potential customer STUPID. When I asked to speak with his boss I was told he was the boss! He would not give me a name or put my call through to someone else, instead he said I doubt they want to talk to you either. I have put multiple call in with my complaints but have been ignored. Absolutely unprofessional someone above Mr Randlett should have returned my call!! I I can not believe they have not addressed this issue with me!
Hi Timothy, We are sorry to hear about this situation. After talking with the sales manager and getting a better understanding of the situation, it seems like there was some misunderstanding on how different credit scores and agencies rank. Of course, the described behavior would be FAR from acceptable, this would be extremely uncharacteristic of any of our employees.
I can assure you it happened why else would I spend hours trying to reach someone to file a complaint with? Also the truck I purchased I told the salesman that it had a vibration and was told it had aggressive tires on it that I would love in the winter. After taking it to a garage I was told no the tires are cupped and no good, the truck was out of alignment. When I called back the salesman changed his story! I feel totally disrespected and screwed over. After spending 29,000 on a truck I not only had to get a alignment but now have to buy 4 new tires…..just not right

Bought an MDX 12/20/2020 motor ceased on me last week. I called Mike yesterday you know to answer a question or two and he couldn't get me off the phone fast enough. If this was my original salesman when I purchased my corolla on 2010 he would have tried to help me in which ever way he could. I asked him a simple question and nothing. I have zero car now and since he got his money from my purchase I feel like im nothing now. Totally changed my opinion of you Mike. Thanks for nothing. I'll still recommend Merchants but not Mike. At least Jim my original salesman that I referred 4 others too would even check up on me... this dude sees $$$$$ and then you leaving
