This dealership is dishonest. I don't know how they sleep at night. They damaged my dash during an air bag recall but state it was not them.
We performed the Air Bag recall as directed by going through the glove box. We did not do anything with the dash. The dash was already cracked and had a dash cap over the original dash when it was brought in to us.
I love dealing with this family owned dealership. They treat me like I am on of theirs. From purchasing our last three automobiles to having repairs and routine maintenance, I love working with everyone there!
Great service always
The service center personnel are always courteous and professional. I have a place to wait for car or they will call me when my car is ready. If I must be somewhere before my car is finished they will loan me a car to complete my task. The trust works both ways in this relationship with Bill Hudgins GMC. I wouldn't have my car serviced anywhere else.

Great people and great customer service! The only dealer that I have dealt with in years and years. If it does have GMC or Bill Hudgins Automotive Inc. on it I don't want it.

Was very happy with my repair service until I noticed somebody put one of your silly decals on the back of my SUV without asking me. Not a good policy.
