    Run away! These guys advertise prices online. I called, verified the pricing and procedure for ordering my parts, and then called back the next week... to place the order. They then called me to let me know that the prices were not going to be honored. The gentleman I spoke with to place my order said his managers told him to not honor the prices THAT ARE STILL POSTED ON THE MOBILE WEBSITE! He said they were shutting down the website. Indeed the page on my computer now says, "SITE TEMPORARILY DOWN FOR MAINTENANCE. CHECK BACK SOON!" However, the mobile site still displays the prices and would even let me place my order online. Wow, so they say it's just down for maintenance, but it truly is being shut down forever. That lie should tell all of us what we need to know. If I trusted them to honor it, I would place the order online and then hold them to it. These guys will tell you whatever you want to hear to get your business. Beware. I am taking my business to an honest dealership!

    My husband and I just purchased our first new car together. It has been an exciting time, and Bob Lane made the experience much more enjoyable than anticipated.... When my husband and I went car shopping, we had already narrowed our search down to three vehicles, and we visited three different dealerships. Not only did the Honda Pilot stand out, but Bob's good-natured humor and the Mechanicsville Honda dealership stood out. As Bob says, they are a place with integrity. I couldn't agree more. Bob is the most honest salesman I have ever met, which was very refreshing. Plus, his sense of humor kept me laughing. In the end, we got the best deal, the best car, and (in my opinion) the best salesman.

    I recently started a trip to Virginia from Arkansas, but before I even got to Memphis, I noticed I was having some strange issues with both my cruise... control and my transmission. Of course, that’s never reassuring, but when you’re staring at nearly 2,000 miles in your immediate future, it’s unsettling to say the least. I called Mechanicsville Honda the first chance I had once I got to VA and they were able to schedule to see my vehicle the next day. Once I was there, the service team was patient with me as they listened to me attempt to describe the “sounds” and other oddities that caused me to bring her in—I know every mechanic loves that part! When my phone lit up with their number only 3 short hours after I’d dropped the car off, I naturally thought it was to tell me what all was wrong and to ask what I wanted them to fix. To my surprise, the kind voice on the other end told me what work had already been done to fix my issues and that everything was covered—no fees would need to be collected today. Imagine my surprise! I was expecting to possibly need major work or at least have to pay exorbitant labor fees while they were looking for the problem, but that wasn’t the case at all. In the past 25 years, my husband and I have purchased 6 Honda vehicles—the customer service I received at this Honda service center this week is a perfect testimony as to one of the reasons we keep Hondas in our driveway. Thank you Mechanicsville Honda!

    I emailed kristi and she set me up with Jeff. Got there met Jeff he and I took a test drive, I wish all the salespeople were like Jeff , he wasn’t your... typical salesperson, most are pushy and won’t let you breathe , their just out for the sales and don’t care how much of a pain they are being, Jeff was the perfect salesperson. If they get another one in that I can purchase I will, just from the way Jeff treated me. If anyone wants to go car shopping go to Mechanicsville Honda and ask for Jeff, you won’t regret it!!!!     Went there last Saturday to buy a Jeep Wrangler advertised. It had a leak and standing water in the floor board but I still wanted it. Billy the manager... told me he was getting it evaluated and would let me know. I called back 2 days later and spoke with him again. He said they hadn't had a chance to look at it but he would let me know. I told him I wanted to buy it by the end of the week... heard nothing. Drove up there yesterday and it was gone. They sold it Friday. I am DISGUSTED by the horrible service. We were also going to buy a Civic for our son and now we will be taking our business elsewhere. If I could give them a ZERO rating I would.

    I called the dealership Monday morning and scheduled a warranty repair as my car was leaking substantially in the driver's side floorboard of my Honda... Fit. My appointment was scheduled the following day for 2:30 in the afternoon . I waited 4 hours and was told me it was leaking from one of the drains in the sunroof and they could not repair the vehicle unless I left it at least 24 hours. I could not as I did not have a vehicle to drive ( which is why I bought a brand new Honda to begin with). They were not willing to give me a loaner vehicle even though I felt this was a safety issue since my vehicle is standard and I must shift gears with wet feet. I was advised to contact Honda corporate which takes 24 to 48 hours to get back with me on this issue. I am so blown away as I thought Honda was a good company and made great cars. This is my second leak in this car, the first one was coming through the doors at car washes. Definitely my first and last Honda.

    We went in to buy used (on several visits) but ended up with a lease on a sweet new 2018 Honda Civic LX. Thanks to our salesman Brian Alling and his staff,... who were awesome at working for us to meet our monthly budget maximum we are highly pleased with our new vehicle purchase!
