The best sales person
Always a great experience! I have purchased 14 BMW's from this store over the years. All from their top sales person, Leroy Sims. He always treats me right and does his best to make the transaction smooth and hassle free. I recommend Leroy and this store enough. Great people.

Made appointment, when I walked in 10 minutes early things seem crazy. They were short staff. The repaired my issue, I was informed that it would be no charge the item was still under warranty, I have a 2015 428i, I purchased through caravan. I was prepared to pay. Waiting in this time of instant Gratification can seem long but they have tv’s, tables close to outlets, free coffee, bathroom and vending machine.

I have been buying cars for over 30 years and this was a first. Everything went so quick and smoothly I was waiting to do more. The entire process of buying my car from start to finish took about 4 hours. It wasn’t the process it was truly the man behind the sale - Alan Freeman. He was professional, knowledgeable, pleasant and extremely enjoyable. I never felt pressured. I would highly recommend Alan Freeman to anyone considering buying a BMW.

Alfred and the team always does a great job taking care of my truck. Now, I don’t trust my truck with any other team/mechanics. Facility is very clean; there is plenty of room to plug-in to work; never crowded and nice customer service. Costly but worth the peace of not having to worry if the repairs were done correctly.
This was a great experience. Vince my sales rep was awesome. My experience with the finance team and manager was exceptional. This was the fastest car experience that was have ever encountered.

Great service: better even than I hoped for
I had a flat tire driving cross country, and my car does not have a spare so I was stranded until I could get the tire replaced. My tires are a specialty tire and hard to find. Carey Phillips at BMW of South Atlanta found my tire, had it delivered to that location, and worked my car into a very busy schedule of cars. His efforts saved me a lot of money in motel bills and helped me get on my way. Thanks Carey for everything.
