I had to have my car towed to a dealer for repair under warranty. Some non-warranty repair was also needed. The service advisor, Paola, was outstanding! She stayed late to help expedite our repairs and kept us well informed of progress. It was a difficult situation, but she got us through it.

Car service
My car broke down, at first I was told my car had a recall , then I was told my car did not have a recall , paola was guessing what was going on with my car , give me a hard time to set me up with a rental because my insurance. Funny when they want to sell you a car they will find the way to help u , once u have the car an broke down they don't care , I called several time to get in touch with the manager but it was never available.

DISAPPOINTED
I DON’T NORMALLY WRITE REVIEWS BECAUSE I KNOW EVERYBODY HAS A BAD DAY AT TIMES OR I JUST DON’T LIKE TO COMPLAIN BUT IN THIS CASE I JUST HAD TO. I WENT IN FOR AN ALIGNMENT CHECK CUZ MY CAR WAS PULLING TO THE RIGHT AND THE LAST TIME I TOOK IT IN THEY DID A RECALL SERVICE ON MY AIRBAGS. SINCE THEN MY GLOVE COMPARTMENT HAS BEEN COMING OFF AND THEY REFUSE TO FIX IT STATING THAT “THEY DON’T KNOW IF IT WAS ALREADY LIKE THAT”. WHICH IT WAS NOT! I MADE A 1230 APPT AND ENDED UP WAITING FOR 4 1/2 HOURS! I NEVER WAITED THAT LONG FOR AN ALIGNMENT AND HAD AT LEAST 2 DONE THERE WITH NO APPT AND GOT OUT FASTER. THERE WERE PEOPLE WHO WENT IN AFTER ME WITH NO APPT AND LEFT BEFORE ME. THE GUY TOLD ME IT WOULD ONLY BE AN HOUR AND A HALF TO TWO HOUR WAIT. HAD I KNOWN IT WAS GONNA BE A 4 1/2 HOUR WAIT I WOULD HAVE RESCHEDULED. TO TOP IT OFF THERE WERE PEOPLE NOT WEARING MASKS. I USUALLY ALWAYS HAVE A PRETTY DECENT VISIT BUT LATELY IT HAS GONE DOWN HILL. I BET IF I WAS AN OLDER PERSON COMPLAINING IT WOULD HAVE BEEN A DIFFERENT OUTCOME. I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER SINCE 2014 TAKING MY CAR THERE FOR SERVICE. I THINK THAT DESERVES A LITTLE MORE RESPECT AND TRUST. I HAVE LEFT THAT PLACE WITH SCRATCHES ON MY CAR AND HAVE SAID NOTHING. WOW! JUST WOW! THAT’S HOW I-10 TOYOTA TREATS A CUSTOMER THAT HAS BEEN GOING THERE FOR 7YRS. DON’T GET ME STARTED ON THE SALES PEOPLE.

Don’t bother - they can’t even get a detail right
I recently traded in my car for a Toyota used certified vehicle here. They promised over and over that it would be detailed before I picked it up. When I picked it up I was not satisfied and pointed out several spots in the fabric and places that needed wiped down still. They said not to worry, because I had purchased the fabric protection so when I brought it back to get that done, it would be fully detailed then. Well, that day came and when I went to pick it up, was still able to find sticky spots and drip marks in the cup holders and the fabric had not been shampooed before they put the protection on. I refused to take it until they made it right. They sent it back to get it detailed again at an off site location. That night when I picked it up, in the dark, it was much better but still not good enough but at that point there was no one there who could do anything about it. I was just going to live with it but a passenger sitting in my back seat just found trash in one of the door pouches. Not cool. They obviously don’t care about customer service. I’m done with dealership.

Truly professional service dept.

Great and friendly service.takeing care of my truc
My experience is alway easy .drop of my truck off and pick it up couple hours later.they keep me informed of my trucks recommended maintenance needs .the service people are always nice and friendly.My wife and mother in law have both bought cars after me .on my recommendation from i10. Toyota.
