Extremely disappointed with this dealership.

Extremely disappointed with this dealership. They ran credit multiple times without permission, which is unacceptable and a breach of trust and protocol. They also failed to register the new vehicle properly and only corrected it after we were forced to sign a second contract due to their error. The entire experience—from the initial visit to the final paperwork—was disorganized and frustrating. I cannot in good conscience recommend this dealership to anyone. We will be looking to seek legal action due to being forced to sign a second contract in order for our vehicle to be registered.

Exceptional Service at Chevrolet 112 – Tyler Hirt is the Best! I had an amazing experience at Chevrolet 112, thanks to Tyler Hirt. I was hesitant to lease again after a bad experience at a previous Kia dealership, and I was unsure about switching to an electric vehicle. Still, Tyler made me feel comfortable every step of the way. The entire team at Chevrolet 112 was friendly, welcoming, and professional. They made what could’ve been a stressful experience feel smooth and positive. If you’re considering a new car—especially if you’re nervous or unsure—go, see Tyler at Chevrolet 112. I can’t recommend him or the dealership enough!

Dan is very nice.

Dan is very nice. I get texts from them and phone calls at weird times. Dealership not cranked up like they make themselves out to be in their commercials. Still may get a car from them if someone would answer my questions

It was a very disorganized morning with a lot of people

It was a very disorganized morning with a lot of people moving a lot of papers while a lot of customers waited a long time. The coffee bar was messy and under stocked, there was a bagel station with no bagels and dirty butter and cream cheese containers and knives.

This was my first internet automobile purchase in my 50

This was my first internet automobile purchase in my 50 years of owning cars! The staff was courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. The purchasing experience was painless, the dealership honored their on line pricing with NO hidden fees, delivered the vehicle on the day and time promised and the condition of the vehicle was virtually as good as if I had prepared it myself. MY salesman, Mr. Joe Caggiano, who came in on his day off no less, was a gentleman, a cut above, and couldn't help make the signing of paperwork any easier. He was there to answer any questions my husband and I had and spent quite a bit of time walking us through the vehicle and it's operation before we left! It was a NO PRESSURE sale, and definitely one of our better buying experiences.

John, was excellent and super easy to work with.

John, was excellent and super easy to work with. The whole transaction of doing the purchase was about an hour, and I came back two days later to pick it up. When I came back to pick it up John quickly addressed my concerns regarding a scratch on the vehicle. He fueled up the vehicle for me so I left with a full tank. Communication in between purchase and pickup was also seamless.
