I brought my car in for free inspection was told I needed wiper blades they had already remove sticker that wasnt even expired and then charged me 85 dollars i could have gone to autozone and paid 32 dollars what a rip off

I went to the service department with an appointment for a simple inspection and tire rotation of a 2024 Silverado HD. First the inspection and tire rotation took two hours. Then after I got home I found they had set my rear tires to 70psi when the should be filled to 80psi. I will not go back there! Now I have to fill them myself! I would warn everyone, If they can't get the tire pressure correct, I wouldn't trust the technician to do anything more complicated. They failed at car repair 101, don't let them do anything more complicated!

I have had two of the worst service experiences in my life at this dealership. Both a year a part and both times I had a scheduled appointment in the morning. The first was an inspection and oil change, they had my car a full day with no updates, the next day I get arise there because no one will answer the phone and they didn’t even do anything but take off the inspection sticker. So went somewhere else. The second time was for an oil change and an estimate on my check engine light. After more then 2 hours I tried calling and no answer, I drive there and just get excuses. They did nothing with my car in over 2 hours, with no updates or anything, and no one answers the phone(sounded like I was being hung up on) I will never buy a car here again and will warn everyone to stay far away.

I have been to many different dealerships and Chevy 112 is absolutely the best. They were upfront with me about prices. The manager Bill is amazing and our salesman Tyler was incedible. It?s my third lease from there. I totally recommend them.

Excellent customer service! My first time buying a Mazda from this dealer. The buying process was very easy. I'm not sure why people leave bad reviews here, so far me and my family have purchased or leased 6 cars from Chevrolet 112 and we never had any bad experience here. Like any other dealership there are better or worse sales people but if you want a great buying experience then ask for Kevin (usually sitting right next to front door on the right side) and also sales manager Bob. Both Kevin and Bob are amazing and always ready to help with anything you possibly need before, during AND after your purchase or lease. They will also make sure you have a great deal and leave the dealership with smile on your face (in your new fancy ride of course). On my last few visits I've noticed they also have a really nice selecrion of EV cars and those deals they had at the end of government rebate period are now extended for one more month (this time covered by GM I think). Most important value for me personally is when sales people are not pushy, not insisting on my phone number, personal information BEFORE they tell me anything about car I'm interested in. For that reason I've turned my back immediately to many bad dealerships Long Island has (unfortunately). Chevrolet 112 is not one of them and that's why I will keep coming back!

I don't know what to say about them. I inquired about the Corvette they had for sale and a salesman told me it was sold. Then the next day, the same salesman, sends me an email about the car he told me was sold! ITHINK THEY ARE VERY CONFUSED!
