The service department is the worst I have ever had to

The service department is the worst I have ever had to deal with. Mary the manager for service is the worst type of human you can deal with. I was nothing but professional and nice when speaking to her and she is just down right rude, disrespectful and not helpful at all. She is the type of person that would rather create more problems then solutions. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND USING THIS SEVICE DEPARTMENT TO MY WORST ENEMY I WILL BE CALLING CHEVY DIRECTLY TO LET THEM KNOW THE TYPE OF PERSON THAT IS REPRESENTING THEM. I own a local business that constantly deals with the general public. If one of my representatives ever spoke to a customer or client the way that Mary did, they would immediately be reprimanded and fired. I am not the type of person to take time out of my day leave a negative review, a matter of fact this is my first time ever doing so. But Mary was that disrespectful and rude that I thought that the people in the surrounding communities should know the truth before dealing with this dealership

It was pleasant experience visiting and buying a car from this dealer, no hassel, very chill sales person and efficient. Got my car below MSRP, and dealer has reputation for not charging markups, no xxxxxxxx when comes to online pricing, they will have my biz for many years to come and highly recommend prospective buyers to bring their biz to this dealer.

Straightforward sales experience, car requested online

Straightforward sales experience, car requested online was made available and Declan was a pleasure to work with. Since 1979 I’ve only purchased new vehicles, this is my ninth, and my second Mazda. Emmanuel was amazing.

Emmanuel was amazing. No pressure and very patient when I switch cars twice. Very knowledgeable about all the cars and their current availability. It was VERY nice to pay UNDER STICKER price especially considering the previous dealership I was at was charging a minimum of 6k over sticker on every car. Finance was quick and simple, again no high pressure sales. The dealership was very clean and everyone was friendly. The tech expert was very thorough showing me and my daughter all of the features the car has and how to use them. Car was ready for me in 4 hours which was great considering it was still in transit or factory mode. I have purchased several new cars over the years and this was by far the best experience I have had.

Honesty and Fair Pricing!

Honesty and Fair Pricing! Their pricing was far lower than any other dealer in my area and there were no "made up" dealer fees and add-ons to make up for the low pricing. They stated that they never charge above sticker and don't have any unseen charges, and they honor their internet pricing. All true! And everyone I worked with was professional, courteous, and helpful. Especially my salesman Nick and the Sales Manager Austin. Great Experience from start to finish!
