My family has purchased several vehicles from this place and I’ve told my dad not to go back. Not only will this dealership not make it right, they want me to trade in the same vehicle for double the price. That’s how they want to make it right. This place is an absolute joke. My husband and I also have test drive multiple vehicles including a newer Escalade and the motor was making a ticking sound. STAY FAR AWAY from this place. Nothing but motor issues on all vehicles purchased here but you will also have to deal with the xxxxxxxx Derek the sales manager who has done nothing but tell my parents “well with todays market” we were cash paying customers and will gladly be taking our business elsewhere. I am so glad my husband and I never made a purchase from this pathetic excuse of a business, however I am deeply saddened by how they’ve treated my elderly parents and took the chance to rip them off every chance they got.

Kyners totalled our vehicle
They had our vehicle for 4 months trying to correct a problem with timing. On 4th trip to a ford dealer their driver ran a red-light and totalled our vehicle. They don't want to make it right. Please do not use this dealer!!!

Great Experience!
I spoke to Ken over the phone about the truck before coming to see it. He gave a completely honest presentation of the vehicle. It can be difficult to shop for a vehicle from a distance but Ken made it easy for me and I never felt pressured or like I was getting false or half information. I would definitely recommend Kyners as a great place to purchase a vehicle!

Wodnerful service, excellent sales reps
Recently went there to look at a vehicle we found on this site, there were some issues with it but they helped us find a newer model year at a reasonable price. Found some issues inspecting it and they fixed them for us before we went and picked up the vehicle. This place was wonderful

Actually had a really good experience here. They offered a good price on lightly used version of a car I’ve been trying to pull the trigger on for over a year now, so I drove out from Pittsburgh and got the deal done in half a day. Ryan was super cool and very easy to work with.

Disgusting customer service
First off, we came in looking for a specific car. The car was disgusting but sold as is, which is fine. We looked at another vehicle and we really liked it and wanted it. However, before we even saw the vehicle the salesperson had basically told us not to waste his time showing a vehicle we won’t buy. We resumed and test drove, and chatted about approval. Not realizing the time, I stated I had to go because I would be late for work as we drove from an hour away. The salesperson (Andrew I believe) said the deal was as it stood. I said that’s fine we’d like to resume on Monday when I had off. He stated he had other things to do then come in and make a sale. I’ll never recommend this place. Also, my fiancé is certified in inspections and emissions. The break pads were almost non existent and he stated it would not fail inspection. Break dust and all on the rim. It definitely would have failed. Never again will I go back even if the quality of cars was good, solely because of the customer service.

I originally asked about the availability of a vehicle I saw on their website. They sent me an auto reply saying someone would get back to me, and suggested other similar vehicles. I really liked one from that email, so the next day I called up to ask about it. They told me it was already sold, and that the email/website is 2-3 days behind. Later in the week I was near the dealership and decided to check the lot. The vehicle they told me had sold was sitting there. I went in to start the buying process and applied for a loan. My credit is pretty rough, but they didn’t fight for me at all. The salesman came back with a very high rate, required money down, and was still $60 a month higher than what I wanted to pay (without gap insurance, warranties, or any of the add ons that usually drive up the price). The next day I went to a bigger, “brand name” dealership and purchased the same style vehicle (same miles, one year newer, and $500 less!) The other finance manager worked to get numbers closer than what I wanted. Seems like Kyner’s either didn’t have the ability, or didn’t really want to help me get a better loan.

Don't buy a car from Kymers online
I bought a 2015 Kia Sorento from Kymers Auto Sales through an online ad. When we went to pick it up we found that the owners manual, cargo cover, and one of the two key FOBs that originally came with the car was missing. None of this was disclosed in their online ad. Pat Lindsey, the salesman, said he would provide me an owners manual. The cargo cover and replacement FOB ended up costing me almost $400. After waiting many weeks and calling and leaving two messages with Mr, Lindsey, and talking to their sales manager, who promised to follow up, I never received the manual. I finally gave up and bought a replacement manual online. I would suggest that you DO NOT buy a car from this company online.

BUYER BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP

Contacted the General Manager and his only response to us was " well you should have bought the extended warranty". Why should i have to purchase an extended warranty? He also said he'd fix everything for a little under one thousand dollars . We only had the car for about ten days!!! They DO NOT stand behind their vehicles and when you pull out of their lot you ARE ON YOUR OWN. And we know several people who experienced the same issues.

Unprofessional and insincere
Gave two quotes and backed out of them both. Then gave false information off a report. Lot of Travel and aggravation to deal with dishonest and unprofessional people.

We are sorry that you were disappointed, however, the vehicle had damage that you did not disclose to us over the phone. After seeing the vehicle in person and running several reports, it simply wasn't worth what you had stated another dealer had already offered to pay for it.
