Great personnel, really friendly staff (literally), and most of all a great Vehicle with tons of features on all models. I can't describe it enough... until you go for a test drive in an XC60 T5 Inscription.
Better clarification on what constitutes a loaner vehicle. Sitting in the dealership for over 3 hours for routine maintenance when I could have been teleworking... at home (1st instance) is not feasible. Second, being told that my vehicle would not be ready until later in the day because I would not wait around for it after bringing it there first thing in the morning, getting pushback for requesting a loaner (2nd instance), Thirdly, being quoted and insane amount of money to have my brakes and rotors replaced after I purchased the car 9 months ago (in which new brakes and rotors were replaced after the initial inspection) makes me rethink bringing my car back there again for any type of service. I took my car to another facility and my brakes and rotors are fine and would not need to be replaced.
Sales manager and finance officer were both good communicators. Salesman was helpful as well without being obnoxious. We came to a fair price without playing... games.

Great experience for purchasing the car. The obligatory extended service contract and car waxing sales pitch at financing but not too pushy. The dealership... is under construction but a new showroom is opening soon. Salesmen Patrick was great to explain the various features of the XC60.
