About our dealership

This seller has been on Cars.com since March 2001.
Car Vision started small with about 20 cars on the lot and we are proud to have Sold over 50000 cars. Always innovating we were one of the first car dealerships to put pictures of our cars on the internet. Today our inventory grew but our customer service standards remain that of a smaller husband and wife dealership. We're not like other dealers who forget about you after the sale. Each car that goes out our doors goes with a customer whose name we'll remember because we didn't sell them a car we created a friendship with that person. What a mess!

I Bought a car on Jan. 17 2023 sale was easy was pre approved car came with warranty very happy but car needed sonar sensor replaced they agreed to fix it. They then handed me paperwork as to when the part will arrive for installation. I drop the car off monday Jan 23. 23 well after the delivery date. Tuesday no call no update so i call and was told wrong part was ordered and had to wait till wed. For part. Wed. Comes around still no call no update i called told the needed to order wiring harness for sensor. No update as too when car should be finished. Whole time this has left me without a car. I had the privilege of speaking to the Gm I think Todd was his name and vocalized my frustration to be responded by "Ill pay for your uber home" instead was given a loaner that is beat up and disgusting. What a mess!! Now im told i have wait till Tuesday 8 days from when i dropped off the car if you didnt have the part why not tell me so i can have the car while the part arrives not leave me in the dark without a car! And deal with a ignorant General Manager who seemed not to care at all about how his operation is running.
