Took an upfront payment to reserve a car but by the time
Took an upfront payment to reserve a car but by the time delivery would have arranged it turned out that car was sold to other client. Very bad feeling.

This dealership was honest and helpful, but we did not purchase a car here because they would not accept a PFFCU AutoDraft. They insisted on providing their own financing, or would accept a down payment and a cashier's check from the credit union.

Please be aware of this dealership from the sales
Please be aware of this dealership from the sales associates to MANAGEMENT. The do not provide their customers with the best possible financing options, lie to you to make a sale, and when brought to their attention they deny what they say and become rude. We drove 2 hours with 2 children on Memorial Day to this dealer to be treated poorly, lied to, and rushed. Originally financing was through one company, the floor manager Troy said he could possible get a better financing option and came back with another offer through Westgate. When we looked, the original finance company was on the document and no one was left to help us because the sales team was ready to leave as they said “they had cookouts to go to”. We called the dealership numerous times and were told we’d receive a call back and each person all gave different information to fix the issue. When the finance manager (didn’t mention his name and he is not listed on their website so who knows who I actually spoke to) finally took the call, told us to be grateful that the government gave us $4000 off the vehicle and that I was pulling being financed through Westgate out of thin air. The sales associates Stuart and floor manager Troy sat there in the office and played clueless to what was going on and the manager even had the nerve to say he hoped .. didn’t mix up two deals! Save yourself the frustration and poor customer service.
