We have been looking at the Escalade for many months now...

We have been looking at the Escalade for many months now and have made many trips down to the dealership. In the past we were met by different sales people who would take down our name and phone number. We never heard back from them. This past week I put an inquiry in online and Jason Ho contacted us. He was very helpful in letting us know their inventory, what models were coming in when and how much each vehicle would cost. When we decided what one we wanted he went above and beyond helping us secure the car. He got us pre-approved before we got to the dealership, was in constant communication about when the vehicle would be arriving. This was particularly helpful because Mark Christopher doesn’t let you put a deposit down on a car...first buyer at the dealership gets the car. Knowing this and knowing how hard this car is to come by Jason was at the dealership by 8am waiting for the shipment of cars to show up. We got there early to wait for the car to arrive but it was well worth the wait as we got the vehicle we wanted. We are so thankful to Jason for coming up with a game plan for us to get this car. We are so happy with our experience that we would gladly buy another car from him in the future.
