I made an appointment for a scheduled oil change for 8:30

I made an appointment for a scheduled oil change for 8:30 in the morning arrived, 10 minutes early Christopher was my advisor he stated, it would take me 60 minutes for the oil change, so I waited it.It took two and a half hours for them to complete the oil change , extremely , not happy

Great customer service. Very knowledgeable reps. Wait time was great had only a short time to wait for my truck.

The dealership has a huge inventory of cars.

The dealership has a huge inventory of cars. My sales guy, Rami, was very friendly. While at the dealership he tried hard to give me exactly what I wanted, and he was not pushy about it. Unfortunately, I was not able to get the exact car I wanted, so I left. The next day Rami called to tell me he had actually found what I wanted at another dealership. I had an enjoyable experience working with Rami and ended up with the car I wanted. Rami earned the five stars for the review.
